Too soon, believe me everyone here wants to see huge prices for bitcoin but I don’t even some of the most enthusiastic users of bitcoin are expecting that price so soon, but it is nice to dream once in a while. Does anyone feel like it's comming?
I dont feel it. Even bitcoin demand is so high 50k is unreal. Maybe 4000$ in the year 2020 could happen.But 50$ in 2020 , that would be a beautiful price. Most of us could be millionaires someday.

Will not happen for sure its just not possible and the price is way too high, it can also not be predicted but these prices are insane simply not possible and its even the question if the bitcoin than still exists you never know.
That's possible, I think there are a few barriers to be overcome, like a bigger user-base and number of places to use it, but in a few years it is possible to achieve better results. It will be easier if the community work to promote Bitcoin for as many users as possible.

Pretty unrealistic and how come bitcoin would reach for 50k $ each? This speculation is to much and doesn't have strong basis for the price to reach to that amount, and come and think for it, its struggling to reach @ 1k price then you speculate to reach for 50k? I don't think so men, just speculates more better and lower then surely we will believe for that to be happen.

it will never come don't expect it. it would be more real if you say $1000 in 2020. I think that $1000 will be the stable price of bitcoin and it will never grow . it will drop back down but it wont grow more than $1000 per bitcoin. if that happens the owner or the creator of the bitcoin could buy a country lol remember that the creator of bitcoin has a 100million bitcoins on his accounts so if you're thinking about $50000 per bitcoin that will never happen.

50k is a stretch. Thats pretty much a trillion dollar market cap. Dont get me wrong i would be a happy man, but i just cant see it it the near future....i would settle for 5k honestly. 
Yeah 5k is a bit more manageable but i think anything can happen with bitcoin. Bitcoin has been proven to be one crazy ass asset and currency and the price could swing against fiat wildly, up to 50% in one day.

For three years it's just impossible. I believe in the price 2000$ by 2020 year and that's it. higher price is just a fairy tale.

Print your private keys on a piece of paper and they can't be stolen online. Even a transaction can be signed offline.
Secondly banks not adopting Bitcoin is their loss. They however will be forced to adopt Bitcoin, otherwise they will be out of business. Bitcoin does not need banks to function perfectly fine.

Nothing is impossible. It just takes something to happen, like more countries banning gold like china and so on. If only a small % of people move their gold to Bitcoin, we can see 100000$ per bitcoin easy. It just takes people realizing they are stupid by not owning Bitcoin, I guess they will not learn until their goods are confiscated and they realize that if they had it all on bitcoin from the beginning they would have had protection against the government mess.

I think it is quite unrealistic to expect something like this,even 5000$ by 2020 will be very difficult to achieve considering how fast things are going now.Bitcoin is still almost at the beginning of his life and can not just grow up overnight,although it would be very nice to reach such price.Many would become rich,but certainly it would be hard to avoid paying taxes because the governments will become interested in BTC much more then are they now.

Such a large and big big dream $50k it is a large amount for bitcoin each.. we are still not touching in $1k and then we are thinking about bitcoin can touch until $50k for me it is hard to seen that the price will touch in that value but like other said nothing is impossible with bitcoin and maybe it can be happen in few years ago. or this coming 2020.. i hope it can be happen but i am not expecting it..

it's an interesting question this. is it easier to go from zero to $1200 than late hundreds to tens of thouands? 0-1200 requires way, way less money. at the same time getting into the tens of thousands is possible with many more people putting in less and taking less risk.
ultimately i think it's easier to find a small amount of crazy people with a burning passion than it is to transfer that over to millions more people, most of whom don't know how to count properly let alone know anything about monetary policy.

Few days ago I was reading on bitcoin news that some Chinese economist predicted to bitcoin price 10 000$ and next 1 mln $. So in such long period to 2020 year it may happen that bitcoin will reach 50 000$. Why not?!

I calculated that if only millionaires (they have $116 trillion of wealth) allocated 1% of their money to bitcoin and nobody else would, bitcoin would have to rise to above $50000. Math: 0.01X 116tril=1.16 tril/18.4 mil bitcoins in 2020=$63000/btc.

I think, too high a price bitcoin if it reaches $ 50,000, although it was very good. Well, I do not feel that the price of bitcoin will rise quickly in a few years. in fact, need more than three years until bitcoin could reach $ 700, and we do not know when the price will reach $ 1,000 bitcoin. but, perhaps better, we should expect it to be.

I really hope your predection comes out. But i think 2020 is a little bit too early for that. That it will be higher than the price of almost 780 dollar now, that is for sure i think. I think it is more possible that the price will go with a few hundred dollar upwards every your. Hope to end at 2020 dollor in 2020. That should be beautiful. I think that is more realistic than 50000.

It's really hard to tell how far the Asian markets will push Bitcoin before moving on to something new. I live in a suburb of Beijing (San Francisco). I know more Chinese people than any other group. I really hate racial profiling but I've never met a larger group of gamblers in my life than the Chinese. They seem to live for it. I think Bitcoin seems like a huge game of Pai Gow to them. They're gambling with Bitcoin right now and seem to be winning. As long as they're winning they'll probably continue doing it.

I think that the driving force for bitcoin in the future will be on the demand side, not on the miner side anymore.
The more people come in contact with bitcoin and stay with it, the more demand is created.
In the same time, the number of newly mined bitcoins decreases. And a few coins get lost every day as well.
I think it this way: 75% of all bitcoins are already mined. And maybe 10 million people use those 75%. There are way more than 10 million people on this planet!

Unfortunately I'm not a Jedi and force is not so strong with me to feel things from a distance.Especially when it's years away.. No one could really say regarding on bitcoins price on upcoming days,weeks,months or years but as stated to the OP i dont think so it would reach that amount its too much to consider in a short period of time 4 years from now is 2020 and we observe on the price of bitcoin i could really say that its not possible to reach 50k .. maybe in 20-30 years but still not guaranteed.

No we are already near 2017 and price is at only around $800. So by 2020 it can't reach $50,000 , i think price can get upto $5000 per bitcoin. $3000 - $5000 per bitcoin can be considered as reasonable price speculation for 2020.
This seems to be unrealistic, nothing will go high as quoted. Price to reach $50,000 by 2020 is not at all possible, and if it happens it gets the attention of users as well governments. To reach such a big value in such a short period is really hard, bitcoin is young and had reached to a maximum around $1500 in 8years time, so reaching $50000 in another 4years time looks like a dream.

Unlikely, but if you are so sure then put every single cent in bitcoin and you will make a fortune similar to those in the early stages of bitcoin.
And what would cause bitcoin to go as high?
Increasing adoption rate, increasing usage, increasing remittance, increasing investments and rise of new trading platforms?

it could possibly happen. but my prediction bitcoin will not reach 50,000USD. it is a number that is difficult to achieve. the price is too great for a digital currency. 5,000USD may still be accepted by many people.
cool as it would be, i don't believe there's one single hope in hell of it reaching that level by then.

Up to 40-50K (have to be some special circumstances to do this in less than 4 years), then crushing down to 7-8K in two year long wicked bear market.

I don't feel this man even I have psychic powers still I can't figure out if this is going to happen. That's a short amount of time to reach that value of bitcoin. It is more likely that the price of bitcoin will be $2,000-$3,000 by that time or still we will see a lot of price pump and dump. And if this happen, the guy that posted a thread about, he will die when the price reaches $50k.
I dont think that i really dont know why some pupils think that bitcoin will worth 50.000$ or more i think that 10.000$ is maximum and more will not worth why it should when that is really big amount and bitoin can grow enought to get that example of grow.
i do not think the dollar will go down that much. neither the bitcoin go up to this insane price. we talking here about just 3 years. that would mean around 400% per year for 3 years in a row. has something like this happened before?

I really don't think so. Whilst I believe that bitcoin will definitely be around $5,000 to $10,000 I don't think that 50,000 will be achieved. Although fiat will depreciate, it will not depreciate at that sort of rate in my opinion.
However anything can happen, maybe the entire economy will collapse. No one knows.
