I really needed money this month and have been doing horrible but at the same time I knew bitcoin would go up so I tried to live as minimum as possible and not cash out my bitcoins even tho I was doing horrible, if the price goes above 10k than I will sell all my coins once again and will be in financial freedom once again which I have been waiting for a long time and we are only 1.5k away from it, hopefully it should happen soon.

I hope you can wait it out for a while. The market doesn't look ready yet. Last night, bulls failed to retake the 200-day MA pretty miserably. The daily chart is threatening another move down:

If the market does manage to keep rising, I would look at the low-mid $9,000s as a good selling range.

It is definitely bullish to go upside, we may be using the word bullish a bit more liberally here but the bullish meant as in it has been a long time since bitcoin did a good pump upwards and you can't deny what happened, it did moved beyond $8.5k for a while there. Sure could it go down? Why not but that doesn't mean that we did had a good bullish move upwards, you could have sold all your coins at that price if you think bitcoin will go down, if you think not then well we might be in bull after all.

Don't think bulls are stuff that makes you 20%+ profit, sometimes people use bull as in "price went up today" and not "we are in a market where price keeps going up everyday", that rarely happens anymore, usually it is one big up or one big down and rest is stagnant similar prices all day.

I think the highest possible and stable price for this month would be $9000 just like the previous stable price of Bitcoin which is around $10k. Thinking of breaking the $8600 barrier would need a lot of time to get into that as the market is slowly gaining some interest that would fire up the price to create a new rally.

Bitcoin going above 8.5k and sustaining is a big deal, it shows people that price is not in a bear run right now, from 10k to 7.7k everyone started to think that bear is coming and we would be going down even more but thanks to this increase we can finally say that the drop in the price was a correction and people who made profits sold their profits and now that correction is over price could continue to go back up.

And as we are closing in weekends now, I doubt that we can breach it as weekends tends to slow down the market scene.
On Sunday's usually there is some price action due to the Asian market waking up, but I don't think the price can sustain current levels much longer---bull traps are quite common in a bear market, and we have seen one today.

But the thing is, at least we have broken a new pattern and after a scary <$8k since the last week of September, we were able to get to a significant lines of $8k-$8.5k.
What new pattern exactly? The bullish pennants/wedges YouTube crypto "experts" talk about? Technically speaking, we haven't seen the market do anything bullish yet. It's just price action within a range controlled by bears.

It's just a matter of time before the $8k mark breaks and we are headed to much lower levels.

Finally, we see bitcoin can increase so high. Now, the price is back to $8500 while a few hours ago, the price can break $8600. I think the price will break another high price. Maybe this moment the price wants to make a correction for a while so we can buy more bitcoin and sell at the high price again. But still, be careful to buy bitcoin because there is no sign for the price to go increase or even to go decrease so you need to analyze more if you want to buy more bitcoin.

Although the price seems to take off to $8500, it seems that we don't have enough push to $8600, meaning the wall is too big to climb.

More times bitcoin will touch more likely bitcoin will break down 7700$.Same was with 21 WEMA bitcoin touched that support level i think about five times. If 7700 $ breakdown then still there is some hope on 7400.But 7700$ break can open door to 7000 K or even 6600$.We will have the end of bitcoin hysteria then and bitcoin will sharply recover and begin bull run

it seems that wall 7700 still strong . yesterday price rose from 7700 to 8200 in one day .

Then we stalled out......

We're still stuck in a sideways range. Since the prevailing trend is down, this is still a bear flag until proven otherwise.

In my opinion we need a capitulation down below $7,700 and probably into the $6,000s. There's no momentum for a real bullish reversal yet. These little pumps like yesterday and Sept 30th are getting sold into and we're barely recovering any losses from the crash.

Dear All!
What do you think about Bitcoin 7700 $ in the next two weeks. At least I see it like this. Consolidation completed. But Bitcoin is pulling down last the analysis. Although I may be wrong.
BR
Like other prediction, it might be happen. But maybe if you add more specific analysis will be good so people can really know why it can be happen. But for me, if price drop maybe i will hold. I don't have any other strategies in trading bitcoin except buy, sell, and hold.

One prediction I read in telegram says it can drop again to $3k. Surprisingly when someone says it will drop to $3k, it will also go that way so lets spread the word to drop that low so we can see more of those who quits in crypto will really quit just as whales wants them to do. Sell, sell, sell.  It must  pay to really know how to read the charts.

I don't know why the price of 3000$ was mentioned so many times like the lowest barrier. I don't know what analysis showed such result. Obviously it's kind of magic limit for dump like 20000$ is magic limit for pump for some users
For me the latest correction was expected and it shows that we can't expect some huge price rally until the end of the year. If the Bitcoin goes again to 10000$ that will be success.

it is the same as repeating $1000 over and over again a couple of months ago at the beginning of 2019 when price was in $3k range and wasn't rising. and its not just that, it is the same as people repeating $50k back in 2017 when price was headed towards $20k.
for some reason these people tend to get stuck and think just because price has moved in a certain direction then it should keep moving in that direction forever!

Price will always go up and down according to whatever trend is at that moment. Just few weeks ago we were around 9.4k to 10.8k and we moved up and down between those numbers, a couple months before that we were 3.4k to 4.3k or something which we moved up and down between, nowadays it is 7.7k to 8.1k and we move up and down between those numbers.

Whatever happens in the long term for the bitcoin price, short term is always obvious and always decided, there is this trend and price moves up and down between those two prices, nothing has changed in the last 10 years since bitcoin created about that part of the deal. Of course we are looking at a different stage right now which is "was that the bottom" and surely it could be the bottom, I doubt it will go any further down, but that doesn't equal to price going up anytime soon, it can stay around the bottom for a long time.
Since the second half of yesterday, bitcoin has risen quite well and now, according to CoinMarketCap, its price is $ 8296, which exceeded the upper range of bitcoin price movement indicated here. Are we really starting to rise? In any case, I do not think that Bitcoin will now fall in price. Let's see what trend will continue in the coming days. In any case, there are hopes for further growth of the cryptocurrency market in this last quarter of the year.

We already reached $7700 yesterday, and now, the price starts to increase and back to $8000. I hope that the last lower price will be the last for the price, so after this, the price will only increase to a higher rate.

$8000 is somewhat similar to how the market reacted to the $10,000 level, so I wouldn't really consider it much of a positive sign if we go back to that $8000 level repeatedly.

Currently we're still under the 200 daily moving average, which we need to close above consecutively in order to at least have somewhat of a bullish short term outlook. $8565 is the level we have to close above, so as long as we don't see the price do that, there is little reason to be optimistic.

Low volumes, low general interest, etc make me quite confident that we have more southward price action to go through, especially with how there is still a $1500-$2000 gap between the current price and some important support averages/levels on the weekly chart. I'm going with the trend until it says otherwise.

But everything can happen later since we don't know or we don't have the right prediction on where the market will run. But still, this could be a good profit for people who already buy bitcoin at $7700 yesterday, and they can sell some bitcoin to take their money back plus their profit.

But still, be careful with the next thing that could happen because we never know about that. Make sure we still have money to buy more bitcoin at a low price if that happens later.

Bitcoin will recover after that price of $7.7K and I don't think it will be pulled down more than that value. The price will be fluctuating to that certain level and tries to break some possible glitches which could prevent it from obtaining a sustainable price. Keep your eye and don't give up on the current state of the price, because this scenario isn't a new one and it's same old story that kept on happening. The following weeks in October would be unpredictable, and if ever there's an outstanding market performance; I believed huge spikes will break the silence.

$7700 is actually a good buy already in my books, if one is going to prepare for the upcoming halving in 2020. Usually, it is a few weeks after the said event where prices are rising, and there’s still some room for buying out some while you have the chance before the actual profit taking. The previous years have done the same thingg, and I won’t expect anything different from this year’s reward halving.

If bitcoin will reach that price which is 7700$ there is a possibility that new bear market will come up and some of us will panic. Your prediction about the price of bitcoin is totally near to it's current price so basically, bitcoin might fall again and will takes time to rise again. Even bitcoin will fall again there still a chance that bitcoin will rise up especially in the year 2020 which it will have halving that might affect the price to increase again.

As per the current market situation, I don't think we have to wait for weeks since 7700$ is more likely to occur this week only. Well, under such circumstances I'd prefer to HODL as long as the market stays down and till the prices way back to the uptrend, I think there's a good opportunity to get more of these at cheap...
There is a possibility for the price to go further as the current price is unstable. For that 7700 is a big chance to happen. Indeed, we could grab this chance to buy some to add to our portfolio. Also, this is not peculiar to happen in the bitcoin market but also I am expecting a surge up of price to occur next year.

BTC pretty much already touched the $7700 area. On XBTUSD the low was $7765, and most likely the local bottom of $7688 will get tested within the next few hours. What is important is what happens right after.

If we break $7688 and head to $7650 and fail to go lower, it means that there is huge demand and lack of sell pressure, very bullish. However if we break the low and fall to $7500 or lower, then its very bearish. Similar to what happened in Nov 2018, where we dropped another $1K over a span of a few hours.

Most likely this will confirm whether the bull market will continue or if the bear market started when the $9K broke a few weeks back.

I'm expecting that the price will fall more than that. I already predicted this more than weeks ago and setup my buy position @7200 to 6800 range. There's a high chance to go down that far since bulls didn't show buy force for the past week after the dump so definitely the downtrend will continue until it reach again the next support.

I could definitely see us reaching $7700 and below considering we've been making nothing but lower lows and lower highs since we pumped from $7701 on Coinbase Pro about a week ago. We've also bounced off (a bit under according to Bitcoinwisdom.io) the 50 weekly MA before the weekly close which is a definite region of support in my eyes, though if it breaks I'm eyeing the lower $7000s and perhaps even the $6000s as another target below. We could also be triple bottoming if this wicks near $7700 and starts moving up again, though I see the bearish scenario being somewhat more likely.

Now it's 7,800, so maybe you're right
Oof.  It's down just over $200 since I last checked the price earlier this morning.  That in itself isn't a plunge but we could go lower before going higher...and I do think bitcoin is going higher eventually.  Anyway, asking whether it can slide $100 lower than where it currently is, that's kind of a silly question.

So this period still can be a long discussion whether the market will crush down to 7k level or it will go up again.
That could happen too, but I don't think its going to.  The traders who've sold their bitcoin and made a profit have already done so.  Unless there's a wave of panic selling, the price shouldn't continue to fall unless there's a dearth of buying orders across the exchanges.

It is possible, check the analysis above you. Clearly it can go through that path. But within three months period, everything and anything can happened. Remember bull run last time, needed only few months upon reaching its ATH. So this period still can be a long discussion whether the market will crush down to 7k level or it will go up again.

Bitcoin expectations for this year are roughly in consolidation, perhaps that alone gives the crowd of participants a bearish chill to winter oncoming but its not really negative more profit taking and revision of previous pricing.   This is the boring part of upward progress, a healthy market will always backtrack some and make good the scaffolding that allows a solid price to rise later.
Thats how I view BTC very roughly, got to keep checking charts, etc but I think work in progress would sum it up.   No big deal either way but I would guess some less involved people want fireworks and walk away for a while, which means a (likely) lower price without anything being wrong exactly.

Anyone who was on the net donkeys years ago knows, the little work in progress signs on every website even if it worked there was much more to do.  Thats what it reminds me of now, it'll rise before halvening I guess also

200 day and 200 week average price is used by some as estimates long term.  I still think we can be 10k near term as a possibility.

It looks like this will really be the case now.
The market is going to be filled with new speculations again since there is history to be based upon.
If i am not mistaken he is just providing the charts a couple of weeks back when the bleeding started and what is the big historical speculation in that  Roll Eyes.
Still I dont see it going below 7k, that should be enough.
We have been there and that should be the stop point whenever a fall happens.
There is nothing interesting in the market right now to say that the price will not drop further from this situation, the market started going down after the launch of Bakkt, he market was lacking any direction for a very long time and we need to see a correction before the next upward movement and the correction is here.

I hate to see it dropping more for we are going to see a lot of FUD again that can cost the value of bitcoin to drop.
We might see a further drop before the market starts moving up, the market is dropping not because of any FUD news, i cannot see any news in the market that could affect the price, in fact there is nothing interesting to say right now and the market was lacking any direction and hence the market started falling.

Well, this is your personal assumptions but i don't think you have really monitored and studied the patterns at which the prices of Bitcoin changes. There is no way the market value of Bitcoin will go below $7k. Please spend some time analyzing the market before you make any assumptions.

I good understand about exchange trading in international markets, but I respect you. Apparently you are really versed in trading. I certainly can’t say with such confidence that Bitcoin will not fall below 7000 $. I’m just sure that this is what he will do. Thanks for the advice. Time will tell. Thanks

Did you look at the market right now? the price just drop to $7889 USD on the longforecast site then came back to $8005 USD as we speak,
I am not saying that he is correct but I think he is just making some point that the price really did drop, I guess you can not read that in the chart on the market and maybe we can not see some panic buying that is happening right now, you can not read it on charts the emotions of people and how drama starts but we can surely compare the movements on the preview charts and compare the outcome but the emotional movement and weak hands selling can not be seen on a chart, Maybe he's got a point that in weeks we might see a $7700 mark.

The whole Bitcoin market is based on assumptions otherwise every investor would be killing it in terms of earning money. Looking at the global crisis in the financial sector going on in the world you would have probably assumed that we would see a rise in Bitcoin but the exact opposite of that has happened. So tell me why you aren't a billionaire if you know how to read the market so accurately? Bitcoin could go below Bitcoin there is nothing really stopping it from hitting below that value just as much as its capable of hitting 10k.

Dear All!
What do you think about Bitcoin 7700 $ in the next two weeks. At least I see it like this. Consolidation completed. But Bitcoin is pulling down last the analysis. Although I may be wrong.

Well, this is your personal assumptions but i don't think you have really monitored and studied the patterns at which the prices of Bitcoin changes. There is no way the market value of Bitcoin will go below $7k. Please spend some time analyzing the market before you make any assumptions.

Looks to me like the perfect time for those feeling that they have missed the ship to go ahead and buy. The more people with this mentality means the lesser of a window people have for buying at this premium price. Get it now before it goes up to $9k+ again.
