Pretty good use of the word boomer mate, it actually fits this scenario surprisingly well...

The way forward for us would definitely be with new advancements in the tech industry and with there being a lot of "new money" being circulated around from the younger generation, the way they act and deal with their money will be very important for the future of our world.

Crypto has been looked at, as sort of the robin hood hero that we have all dreamed about, and it's definitely turned some smart people into very rich people, now it's up to them to maintain that wealth.

The future years and how young people spend this money will mean a lot for our generation.

I saw it mentioned that the adoption of crypto could be a way for more recent generations to escape the vice grip of boomer wealth by investment in super funds, property  and well almost everything, by unwinding the value of the fiat bases denomination via transitioning to crypto.

The more I thought about it the more it made sense. The way the boomer generation is set up has semi "slaverify" (TM) every one else born after that through the invisible fiat chains.

It does make sense, which means that the only cure is time. We, and future generations, are simply going to have to wait for their era to end, and for the old systems to collapse. It requires time and patience, but there is not much that can be done at this point.

Somehow the only way to escape their grasp is to use cryptocurrency since it is decentralized  and no one is in control.
If he goes by that theory no one is controlling anyone to invest in the crypto market and they can control this market too, so there is no valid solution to the problems he is raising  Tongue. It is a fact that the early adopters in bitcoin have a lot of coins and it is not a hypothesis but a fact, but the things he is telling are just hypothesis as there is no proof he can provide that a certain group is controlling the entire economy.

There is a big difference where people understand Decentralization, it means that no central authority can control the network nor shut it down but anyone can get involved in it and there is no restrictions in that aspect, so the theory OP is trying to tell will fail in the bitcoin market too Wink.

What used to be the baby boomers are now oldies. They are already at the dusk hours of their lives. And when they go, they will bring the fiat system and the slavery that is attached to it with them. The future is going to be ruled by the crypto babies, the children born in the digital age where new technologies, including blockchain, disrupt and change the traditional playing field and eventually replace it with a new system.

They can still amass far more Bitcoin than the average person, so unless they come incredibly late to the party (worth noting that we're still in the early stages) or skip it at all, nothing will change.

Having wealth gives you access to more wealth, and that's true regardless of whether it's in fiat or crypto. It might be capitalism (which Bitcoin enables, ironically) that you have a problem with.

Just to clarify guys the boomers that he refers to are the individuals born from mid 1946 to 1964. Specifically among the boomers he is referring to the elites who have amassed huge wealth and are controlling all sectors in society. From housing, entertainment, medicine, politics, economy and others. They are just playing with us and controlling us using the fiat currency which is the US dollars. Somehow the only way to escape their grasp is to use cryptocurrency since it is decentralized  and no one is in control. But I guess the boomers are also coming into crypto and given their big resources I am sure they have a big amount of cryptocurrency at their disposal. They can manipulate the value of cryptocurrency at will because of their resources. But even though it is like that, it is much better compared to fiat currency that been monitored and overproduced by those elite boomers.

Of course, cryptocurrency is open to all people regardless of what generation you may belong. You can be a boomer or a millennial it would not matter at all, no one will be asking and there will no screening. However, here in cryptocurrency, we all have the equal opportunity and no controlling organization is backing the very platform we are in. Reality speaking though, because the marketcap of cryptocurrency is still not so big compared to gold and other assets, anybody who has a lot of cryptos can easily affect the market and this is where possible manipulations can come in. For now, as an individual, there is nothing we can do with this situation but just wait the time when the industry has grown enough to withstand inside and outside influence.
