the main problem with sites like this is that the scams they collect are usually affecting newbies and the newbies don't really do any research to begin with so they won't find this site ever, and the scams they fall for are too obvious that you don't really need a centralized database to tell you whether it is a scam or not.
there is also the problem with the fact that they will never be able to list everything and like any other "rating" site there is a lot of opportunity for fraud performed by the site itself. they can simply get paid to green-light a scam for example. similar to what ICO review sites do.

It's a good suggestion but I don't think that wallet providers are going to integrate this addresses because it is already censorship which is against the very tenant of why we are here in crypto space. And the website could only help if newbies are going to use it. But we all know that they don't, so this is one cons. 
There are other similar websites where you can report addresses or see if an address has been used in a scam attempt.

It was reported already 5days ago. This is a good reporting site for bitcoin scammers. But I hope their information collated is also transparent. Try to report a clean address, if this wil be counted on total report count. To see if this somehow accurate on dealing with accused bitcoin addresses.
Wow, this could be a transparent platform displaying scams and accusations bitcoin addresses, reporting scam addresses, it's a nice idea and would exactly be recommended for usage. 
Not a bad idea, but it's not really useful IMO. Most victim is a newbie or newcomer about bitcoin and doesn't have good security. The best way is teach a newbie or newcomer about bitcoin and security rather than report and collecting scam address used by criminal. Because there will be tons scam address reported and you can't do anything to get your coins back.

When that unsureness -to suspecting the person- don't send and if you had cut the transaction off, -better safe, than gnashing of teeth- this should be before any holistic examination on the suspect,
They do not use only that address, a new victim can get a clean and unspotted Bitcoin address, and will get a good tick if examined by this. It was reported already 5days ago. This is a good reporting site for bitcoin scammers.
On social media someone complained to me how this springing up Ponzi scheme using ethereum scammed her, telling her it's there giveaway period and she has to send some ethereum to get her reward.

1. Search for a particular bitcoin address and see if this is used by scammers already.
2. You can report yourself a bitcoin address that you found to be engaged in scamming. For example, those fake bitcoin giveaways addresses
3. You can also monitor addresses yourself and see if it has move already.
I know that this is not a perfect system, as this could be abused by others by reporting addresses as used by criminals, and they can just recreate new bitcoin addresses to continue But if you know your thing then this could definitely be a good way to verify before sending someone your precious bitcoins. I myself have use this already for reporting a particular scam address.
