Not too sure I'd trust a jailbroken (And thus root permissions & skewed sandbox) device to do financials on.
You need to understand the risks of jailbreaking but as long as you don't use an app that stores your private keys in plaintext I'm not too worried - a key logger isn't likely though I wouldn't say impossible.
Few apps actually run with root permissions.

I was also curious about this. I've been reading a lot of comments about it and it seems most people are turned off by it, can't blame them at all. I guess SXSW will be the true test for this company.
It does seem like a nice money maker though, that's why I'm curious. The company's website https://robocoinkiosk.com/ shows the current buy and sell price at the ATM with a $60 spread.

Single address would be pointless. Actually if any company for any reason is using a single Bitcoin address then they likely are clueless and it is a good sign that you shouldn't be doing any business with them.
