Hello ,

I thought all of bitcoin addresses begin with 1 but saw some addresses in last days that they begin with 3 .

How is it possible ? How network find them ? how can build one of them ?

some online wallet use addres with number 3 ( multisign)
like block.io and xapo

and i use xapo Smiley

I have been hearing of Xapo, but I am not certain Xapo is as safe as people say.
The problem of xapo is that you can't control your private keys but you can make free transactions which is the opposite of the rest of the other wallets.  Anyway you can use it as a hot wallet that contains few coins/satoshi.

Address in bitcoin could change anytime. As you saw there it is possible to change standard address with 1 at the beginning and change it to 3.
I think we can see more changes like that in the future when people would use bitcoin even more. There won't be possibility ever for bitcoin to run dry its address pool.

Hello,

I think the Bitcoin addresses start with 3,is a multi signature Bitcoin address.
This type of address is used by escrows and business partners.

That is correct, per the wiki article linked by Lutpin:
Quote
Addresses can be created that require a combination of multiple private keys. Since these take advantage of newer features, they begin with the newer prefix of 3 instead of the older 1
