Bitcoin Cash was created as an answer to the years-long debate among the Bitcoin community regarding the best way to scale Bitcoin to more users. The most simple solution, and the one adopted by Bitcoin Cash, is to increase the Max Blocksize Limit parameter of the Bitcoin codebase.

The difference between bitcoin and bitcoin is within the blocks bitcoin has only 1mb + segwit while bitcoin cash has 8mb
Ok so from what I've been reading bitcoin cash is a new version of bitcoin
but with cheaper rates what happen to the good old days where it was free to trasfer coins

The difference between bitcoin and bitcoin cash is within the blocks bitcoin has only 1mb + segwit while bitcoin cash has 8mb and also bitcoin cash faster block time bitcoin as you can see in coinmarketcap bitcoin cash has more circulating supply than bitcoin but since bitcoin cash has forked on bitcoin the levels of decentralization is the same. It is not true that bitcoin cash has more decentralized.
