Hello,

Just checking if the bitcoin network can survive an deamericanization of Icann? At first sight I would say yes, because connection are based on ip? However I am sure that it's a little bit more complex than that? Shall I be afraid of the "international version of Icann" in relation to bitcoin (for the rest I am sure it's the beginning of the end)?
