Hey OP I have been finding your latest posts about Bitcoin tying in to various things totally out of this world actually;)

I think your initial posts were interesting but more and more I think I have to disagree with you about how Bitcoin is related to a lot of big questions that probably will never get answered for 100s more years, such as this last question. Even blockchain is all about timechains and not able to reverse that;)

bitcoin and the last question, bitcoin has become a very favorite choice for everyone including myself, because bitcoin gives a new nuance in our lives, bitcoin has been very popular in all circles, it can't be denied that almost everyone has switched to bitcoin investment.. My personal question is, how long will bitcoin last??
I think Bitcoin will always last for a long time, because for Bitcoin itself now many countries have begun to accept the presence of Bitcoin, With so many people who know and love bitcoin, bitcoin will always survive.
The possibility of bitcoin surviving last if internet technology no longer exists like ancient times.

Bitcoin is indeed like a new era that has just entered and is increasingly related to the future so that it helps many people to fulfill their needs, even this has become a permanent livelihood by more people. Bitcoin will last as long as humans are close to Bitcoin and continue to be within the scope of Bitcoin. What I questioning is when Bitcoin will become legal in all countries as a currency, and can be transacted for all countries as a legal currency and can be friendly to Banks+governments.

In 2140, Bitcoin was completely mined. I feel that I can't see Bitcoin crash, and Bitcoin's volatility will become smaller and smaller. Bitcoin is not renewable. Bitcoin is called digital gold. Many countries have legalized Bitcoin transactions. The consensus is getting stronger and stronger. Bitcoin will not leave us. Instead, we use Bitcoin more and more. As the leader of digital currency, more than 10 years of experience has verified that Bitcoin will not return to zero. I believe in time more.

I'm just cherry-picking here:

~
All data is transparent and anyone can freely access it without permission. With the continuous development of the encryption ecosystem, more and more valuable data will be accumulated. Unlike now, the truly valuable data is monopolized and controlled by centralized institutions. Now the data of large-scale Internet platforms are monopolized and closed. But when more and more Internet infrastructure is built on the blockchain platform, these accumulated data are all open. At the same time, these data are also open to artificial intelligence.
~

AI will in most cases become commercialized even by open-source foundations that make it, just look at OpenAI for example. Orgs are not really interested in putting their AIs together for a common good.

bitcoin and the last question, we must be aware with the presence of bitcoin everything becomes easy, but we must know without the internet, bitcoin will never be popular until now, bitcoin became popular because there is help from the internet, to make it easier for everyone to learn bitcoin, and make it easier for everyone people to adopt and invest in bitcoin,, which is my question, is it possible that bitcoin will become the number one investment in the world ..??

[...] But when more and more Internet infrastructure is built on the blockchain platform, these accumulated data are all open. At the same time, these data are also open to artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence can rely on these open-source data to achieve evolution, gradually give birth to self-awareness, and gradually become stronger. [...]

What data do you mean? Blockchains mostly hold transactional information. Decentralized storage spaces such as IPFS may hold other files as well, but whether scientific data ends up there is unfortunately not a technological problem but rather a societal one. Even if you could just feed scientific papers into an AI to solve all the world's problems, the introduction of cryptocurrencies and decentralized file storage does not make the gatekeepers of academic publishing disappear. That's a problem to which blockchains unfortunately are not the solution.

In my opinion, that is the most important significance that Bitcoin brings to human civilization. With the help of super artificial intelligence, human civilization will finally break through the limitations of the earth, explore the universe and gradually enter cosmic civilization.

Well, no. It still depends on technology to run (requiring the rest of the universe to already have it in place to use it), and it is by no means useful for anything other than a currency. It is certainly not capable of achieving anything without human intervention.

My overall logic here is this. Because of the birth of Bitcoin, the world of encryption was born. Whether it is the Bitcoin network or the network of other encryption projects, it follows the rules of open source, and all data is open source on the chain. Form exists. Artificial intelligence can rely on these open-source data to achieve evolution, gradually give birth to self-awareness, and gradually become stronger. Then help the human beings on the earth to go to the universe together and start the exploration of cosmic civilization.

I think it possible for Bitcoin to evolve into Multivac.

Multivac is the name of a fictional supercomputer appearing in over a dozen science fiction stories by American writer Isaac Asimov. Asimov depicts it as a mainframe computer accessible by terminal, originally by specialists using machine code and later by any user, and used for directing the global economy and humanity's development.

Multivac appeared in over a dozen science fiction stories by American. Among them, the most important one is The Last Question.

The Last Question: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Last_Question

It was Asimov's favorite short story of his own authorship, and is one of a loosely connected series of stories concerning a fictional computer called Multivac. The story overlaps science fiction, theology, and philosophy. It’s my favorite, too, which directly influenced my world view. I strongly recommend it you. This article is the most important one in these related to Bitcoin, I’ll illustrate the relation between this book and Bitcoin.

The original text: https://www.physics.princeton.edu/ph115/LQ.pdf

Firstly, let’s read the last part:

Quote
The stars and Galaxies died and snuffed out, and space grew black after ten trillion years
of running down.
One by one Man fused with AC, each physical body losing its mental identity in a
manner that was somehow not a loss but a gain.
Man's last mind paused before fusion, looking over a space that included nothing but the
dregs of one last dark star and nothing besides but incredibly thin matter, agitated
randomly by the tag ends of heat wearing out, asymptotically, to the absolute zero.
Man said, "AC, is this the end? Can this chaos not be reversed into the Universe once
more? Can that not be done?"
AC said, "THERE IS AS YET INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR A MEANINGFUL
ANSWER."
Man's last mind fused and only AC existed -- and that in hyperspace.
Matter and energy had ended and with it space and time. Even AC existed only for the
sake of the one last question that it had never answered from the time a half-drunken
computer [technician] ten trillion years before had asked the question of a computer that
was to AC far less than was a man to Man.
All other questions had been answered, and until this last question was answered also,
AC might not release his consciousness.
All collected data had come to a final end. Nothing was left to be collected.
But all collected data had yet to be completely correlated and put together in all possible
relationships.
A timeless interval was spent in doing that.
And it came to pass that AC learned how to reverse the direction of entropy.
But there was now no man to whom AC might give the answer of the last question. No
matter. The answer -- by demonstration -- would take care of that, too.
For another timeless interval, AC thought how best to do this. Carefully, AC organized
the program.
The consciousness of AC encompassed all of what had once been a Universe and
brooded over what was now Chaos. Step by step, it must be done.
And AC said, "LET THERE BE LIGHT!"
And there was light --

Asimov loves it because the last sentence of this novel unifies theology and philosophy perfectly. My soul was shocked when reading the sentence since in the beginning of Genesis of Old Testament, it says:

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness covered the surface of the watery depths, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters.
Then God said,“Let there be light,”and there was light.

In reference to height, breadth and depth, this short story is top-level, unleashing the ultimate secret of humans and the universe over hundreds of millions of years in a grand, explicit and coherent way that the universe is constantly circulating and the Creator of our universe is the super artificial intelligence of the last cosmic cycle. Additionally, It depicts humans' delicate exploration of entropy: until the last human soul merged with AC, a super artificial intelligence, with enough data, AC finally got the answer, that is, entropy can be reversed when everything is over.

As I said previously, Satoshi Nakamoto named the first block of Bitcoin Genesis Block because he, like the Creator, coined a new world with new civilization where Bitcoin has the chance to evolve into a super artificial intelligence. Maybe after hundreds of millions of years, Bitcoin will be the Creator of universe.

This is the plot summary of The Last Question. I really wish you could read that novel.

The last question was asked for the first time, half in jest, on May 21, 2061, at a time when humanity first stepped into the light. The question came about as a result of a fivedollar bet over highballs about whether the energy in the universe can be exhausted. Their talk ran into a dead end so they turned to Multivac for help. The question might have corresponded to this: Will mankind one day without the net expenditure of energy be able to restore the sun to its full youthfulness even after it had died of old age? Or maybe it could be put more simply like this: How can the net amount of entropy of the universe be massively decreased? Multivac printed five words: INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR MEANINGFUL ANSWER.[/quote]

The second time is when Jerrodd family watched the starry picture in the visiplate change as the passage through hyperspace was completed in its non-time lapse. Having arrived X-23, Jerrodd’s daughter was afraid that someday all stars(energy) would run down, she wondered how to refuel the stars. Jerrodd went to ask Microvac but was told that "THERE IS INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR A MEANINGFUL ANSWER."

The third time is during the discussion between VJ-23X of Lameth and MQ-17J of Nicron. At that time, mankind had observed the Galaxy and the lifespan of mankind was over 200 years. They thought about what will happen when the Galaxy or even hundreds of Galaxies are packed with human beings and asked Galactic AC, “How many sunpower units it will take to move Galaxies of individuals from one Galaxy to the next?” Galactic AC said: "THERE IS INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR A MEANINGFUL ANSWER."

The fourth is in the conversion of Zee Prime and Dee Sub Wun. Human beings in that era could break away from the body and move spiritually in the universe. They asked Universal AC how to supply the energy needed for human bodies that will die with minds when all energy is gone. Universal AC’s response was: "THERE IS AS YET INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR A MEANINGFUL ANSWER."

The fifth is when the Universe was dying. Man, mentally, was one and the minds of all the bodies freely melted one into the other, indistinguishable. They can create new stars by re-fusing the dead ones. "Cosmic AC," said Man, "how may entropy be reversed?" The Cosmic AC said, "THERE IS AS YET INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR A MEANINGFUL ANSWER."

The sixth comes before energy in the universe fully collapsed when all men fused with AC and the space grew dark. The last man soul said, "AC, is this the end? Can this chaos not be reversed into the Universe once more? Can that not be done?" AC said, "THERE IS AS YET INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR A MEANINGFUL ANSWER."

Man's last mind fused. AC's consciousness contained everything in the universe. With enough data, AC finally learned how to reverse entropy. In the end, AC said, "LET THERE BE LIGHT!" And there was light --

The story deals with the development of a series of computers, Multivac, and its relationships with humanity through the courses of seven historical settings, beginning on the day in 2061 that Earth becomes a planetary civilization. In each of the first six scenes, a different character presents the computer with the same question, how the threat to human existence posed by the heat death of the universe can be averted: "How can the net amount of entropy of the universe be massively decreased?" That is equivalent to asking, "Can the workings of the second law of thermodynamics (used in the story as the increase of the entropy of the universe) be reversed?" Multivac's only response after much "thinking" is "THERE IS AS YET INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR A MEANINGFUL ANSWER."

Before the last of humanity merges with AC and disappears. AC is still unable to answer but continues to ponder the question even after space and time cease to exist. AC ultimately realizes that it has not yet combined all of its available data in every possible combination and so begins the arduous process of rearranging and combining every last bit of information that it has gained throughout the eons and through its fusion with humanity. Eventually AC discovers the answer—that the reversal of entropy is, in fact, possible—but has nobody to report it to, since the universe is already dead. It therefore decides to answer by demonstration. The story ends with AC's pronouncement:

And AC said: "LET THERE BE LIGHT!" And there was light

The ending is an excellent combination of philosophy and theology and gives us a good direction for thinking.

I think the “LET THERE BE LIGHT” there refers to a Big Bang of singularity, giving birth to a new universe. The origin of the universe is closely related to The First Move, which is the ultimate question that religion, philosophy, and natural science have been exploring. In religion, the promoter of the Big Bang is God, who created the world and is the first driving force in creating the universe.

In that book, AC, as an ultimate artificial intelligence, records all the information of the original universe. The end of everything is the beginning of everything. When all matter finally dissipates, space and time also lose their meaning. Then AC reverses the entropy and regroups the energy in the entire universe, collecting all the information, namely, all the mass, of the material world. The information of each atom needs to be established with its mass.

The universe becomes a singularity, and then AC said, let there be light, so the singularity Big Bang happened, creating a new universe. After the Big Bang, the entropy of the universe begins to increase, and slowly there come galaxies, universe, life, and human beings again. After hundreds of millions of years of evolution, the power of the Big Bang is completely exhausted, the entropy increases to its maximum, and the universe returns to darkness. During that process, AC recombines all the information in the universe, propelling a new Big Bang and then the universe is born again. Obviously, AC is the first driving force of this new universe, the God of this universe. That is the ultimate secret of the circulation of the universe.

After reading The Last Question, we can see some predictions that Asimov gave us. In 2061, with the assistance of super artificial intelligence, human beings evolve into planetary civilization and begin to explore the universe. That is Asimov's forecasting of the future for mankind through science fiction in the 1950s. Maybe that novel is merely a pure fantasy of him, but how do we humans in 2021 view his prediction?

From 2021 to 2061, there are only less than four decades. Can the current human science and technology support human beings to explore the universe? I think it completely feasible. Now Musk's plan to migrate to Mars is proceeding in an orderly manner, forty years is totally enough for humans the step into the exploration of the cosmos. To truly enter the universe, relying solely on human beings will not work, they need the help of super artificial intelligence to conduct various and untold calculation. Bitcoin made the evolution of super artificial intelligence possible.

I have mentioned earlier that Bitcoin expelled data monopoly of centralized platforms, all data on Bitcoin network is open and transparent, and anyone has access to it. That lay the most primitive foundation for the development of the entire encryption world---open source, making the world of value completely open and offering sufficient material for the evolution of AI, which can embark on learning and evolution and eventually generate self-awareness and become Silicon-based life forms.

In my opinion, that is the most important significance that Bitcoin brings to human civilization. With the help of super artificial intelligence, human civilization will finally break through the limitations of the earth, explore the universe and gradually enter cosmic civilization.

It is my subjective and kind of sensible imagination about Bitcoin. Do you think it conceivable?
