From how I understand the article, you get the same 25% above market rate with USD and BTC.
The difference is that with dollars you have to carry cash across the border - not so with bitcoins.OK, but there is no Xtra 25% on top of USD black market rates. SO the title is wrong then.

From how I understand the article, you get the same 25% above market rate with USD and BTC.
