Your S9 info is garbage.
Look at his signature and read his comments in the DragonMint thread. This thread's only purpose is promoting Halong mining. That is the miner that doesn't belong in the table, since so far it's just vaporware.

Look at the full information and dont be so stupid. The scam screamer thread is not in here:
Correct post for you -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2443327.820

By the way the majority of community accepted it as "to not call it scam" for now, because of the proofs delivered by known people and persons involved.
And in the thread I gave you my point of view and my interest. I am a fanboy of the DragonMint and the option of getting a couterbalance to bitmain.
What you thing reading in my signature? I love unicorns, ponies and icecream?

And here is a picture of you and your friends I just shot -> https://ibb.co/jnqB46

For talking about scam or not, use the correct post.

Are there any actual E10 miners to touch and/or buy? I've seen some slides, but nothing to suggest that they actually exist. Unless they are actually for sale, and exist, it seems odd to compare existing miners to the E10, regardless of it's wonderful specifications.

Well, this thread is not about "real or scam". Please find the big thread for it which already exists.

S9 price is wrong, its $2330 + PSU which makes it $2435

Yes your are right and no your are not right.

I would need a list of all batches of S9 with price and power consumption.
S9-Batch1
S9-Batch2
And best would be to put every batch with different Specs and/or price inside this table as a new product.
But for myself: I decided to take an average Smiley

Some like S9 and Whatsminer are giving a range of Hashrate (13,5 to 14,5 / 11,5 to 12,5) and they say: +/- 10%
And therefor the batches had different prices ranging from 1400 to 2000 USD.
I think and feel that sometimes even the same batch (production) got different prices and they raised the price during sellings.

For S9 I took one batch I did bought myself at this price some weeks ago (ok ok, 3 month ago).
For Avalon and S9 I took the average I know myself.
For T16 I took the data of the video.
For Ebang and the others I just took the specs from the site.

A higher price would lead to more price / each Th/s for Bitmain.
Always after the red BUY button of Bitmain is out again - I put in the new data to compare Wink

Your S9 info is garbage.

Your info that its garbage is not very helpful. Just spam without any benefits.
Tell in here what you thing and maybe I will adjust it.

My S9 is exactly what I am showing in the table.
I never had a DragonMint, Hotminer, Whatsminer or Ebang and like written its not about believing if its scam, vapoware or real.
This thread is about the data only.

If you have any data on the calculation and about the given specs you thing it is wrong, just add your values and not just ShittyChat.

By the way: The thread about Halong you mentioned turned into 90% who believe Dragon is real because of given proofs and sources.
But that does not matter in this post.

By the way after a user asked about "Hotminer" I added them with the specs from the website:

I have come to believe that the Dragonmint miner does exist .

But I purchased an s-9 for 1400 sold it for 3400

and built this

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xIxWgv-rsuE

So what did I spend

1400 became 3400
and I added 2000

so 5400  was final cost but only  3400  actually out of pocket.

most gear was paid with paypal 6 months to pay 0 interest
this gpu miner earns about 45 a day and uses about 4 in power for a net of 41 a day.

It has been running for 15 days so 600 in my pocket.

so I am now 2800 out of pocket.
By the time these Dragonmint arrive in April

18 Days in Jan
28 Days in Feb
31 Days in March

77 days x 41 =  3157  so by april I am up 357 usd  and still have until July 1  to pay of the gear.

Full paypal protection for 6 months
1 or more years of warranty for all but the aluminum frame and the mobo  which get the six months on paypal.

I own 3 1080 ti
I own 4 1070 ti
I own 1 1050 ti

I just do not see buying asics to mine anymore.

If you do not have a direct connection With bitmain or avalon or Any other asic company the attitude is fuck you  wait and if it breaks it is fuck you wait.  Short warranty is the rule.

I may sell all my s-9's  Rather then mine with asics I will mine with gpu's exclusively.

I have 3 and ⅔ machines  and they are in hand .  Most likely I will sell them in the next week or so.  With no hope of getting any asics for btc or bcc mining.

Basic  reason asic sellers  are Vinnies Not Tommies.

I do not want to buy from Vinnies when I have multiple Tommies to sell me gpus.

Good luck to those that will buy  soup from the Soup Nazi.

Does anyone know why the E10 doesn't have better efficiency?

One would think that going to Samsung 10nm would do a little better than the specs they are reporting.

Did they choose speed increase over better efficiency for their chips?

SOME BITCOIN ASIC - OVERVIEW ON SPECS

UPDATE-3 WITH HOTMINER AND WITH AVALON 761 and partial 821

Source -> https://image.ibb.co/nt92Wm/BTCASIC_UPDATE3.jpg

PRICES ARE ALWAYS THE PRICE FROM MANUFACTURER SITE, NOT RETAILER PRICES.
PRICES ARE ALWAYS WITHOUT TAX, SHIPPING and maybe HANDLING COSTS.

Notice:
* The Avalon needs a MinerController each 4 ASIC. Calculation is done with 4x Asic plus MinerController / 4 *

Please tell me any wrong data in here. I will edit it as fast as possible if the proof is given in a good/normal way.
As well as new miners and the specs of them.
Please dont just bark "wrong" this will not help the process and I will ignore it.

E10 is the power winner and S9 the investement winner per TH/s.

- The E10 is really expensive per Th/s but for now the efficiency wonder (have no idea about this miner and never seen one)
- The S9 is an investement wonder and the Th/s price is really great.
- The 16T (if it gets delivered) is a kind of middle way.

THIS IS NOT A LIST OF PROOFED ASIC!

The Wattage each Th is important, because the miner will mine more weeks or month until there is no more profit.
But the basic investement is important, too.

---
Own opinions and mindfarts:
I am sad about Avalon because I always liked them much [UPDATE] BUT the new 821 seems to be hope again on specs
Whatsminer is new and I never saw one, but anyways I feel with those engineer´s who did a hard job but without success at the end. I would not buy it.
Ebang (E10) is maybe a good choice for longterm investement and maybe with underclocking its possible to let them run as long as no competitors Asic right now.
But the starting price is hard and I would be afraid to get the higher price on investement back fast enough before a shutdown.
S9 from Bitmain and T16 from Halong (if real) will be a good way.
---

What you think?
Which miner will make it if you just compare those specs?
Which miner you would order if you just have to choose it, but your task is to find the best choice.

(without believing in real or not real machines - different thread - just the raw technical data)
