there is a sub category on this forum, purely for the french

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=13.0

this should help narrow it down to the specific community you need to be talking with.

well,thanks for the advice.
But it's kind of hard to find other people from other cities with the same plans.would be great if they see this topic and msg me back)
I was searching the internet to find about how the french government ''regulates'' bitcoin and how exactly to determine this kind of business,i mean what kind of licence is needed in order for that.

if more then pockey money amounts of Euro's are used in the transaction then yes you need to be dealing with french financial authorites.

the best solution is to find other people in france with similar plans and form a cooperative / franchise. where each person (in different towns) all group together to pay 1 licence fee, and be branded under the same franchise umbrella, making them agents/franchisee's. this means that licence fee is cheap for the individuals as they are only paying for a share of the franchise licence.

then you can do your business in Lyon, another guy does his business in his town, and so on and so on.. each owning your own little district/catchment area and not competing with each other

Hello everyone.
I live in France and I was thinking to run first bitcoin ATM in Lyon (as I don't have a lot of experience and I live here not for a long time ,I am not very well acquainted with french economic laws).
So here's the question , do I need to apply to special authorities in this case ?
I'm just looking for any helpful information on this topic and I would be very helpful if someone shares his experience in this domain.
Thank you very much in advance,
Have a nice day everyone .
Leon.
