Yes there should be around 3K EUR in the machine at any given time available for sale. If you want to do more than that let us know and we'll make sure that there is adequate funds. Passport scan is not required.
Sometimes there is a bit more, sometimes a bit less, but usually 3k is about the amount we have in there.

It's actually been around for around 6 months now, i'm not sure why I haven't posted here before. I did post on the IRC channel, i'm pretty sure a few people from there have already checked it out.

Yes, yet another ATM is available in Amsterdam. This one's actually been around a while but I just realized I never posted here about it.
The fee is 8% below/above BitStamp and it's a Bi-Directional ATM (both buying and selling are available).
Great Thai food as well (they were one of the first people to accept Bitcoin in holland).
