Are there any technical, political, legal reasons no one has made a pre-paid debit card that allows me to fill it with Bitcoins?

And/or how's about a credit card that allows me to buy with credit, and pay-off with Bitcoins, and never need a bank account or fiat to do so?

This to me seems to be the current largest market for Bitcoin users.  Why isn't it being done?
There are quite a few reasons why so far. There is no reversal method for bitcoins, there is no way to make sure you get paid back yet. There are financial regulations that would need to be followed.

I think before anyone even thinks of doing credit cards, there are many other services that are needed to be built first. You would also need a large amount of investment capital.

As far as a debit card, it would involve converting currencies on the fly which could be integrated with bitpay possibly. But since you are dealing with financial transactions from BTC to USD or other currencies, you would need to follow a lot of government regulations.
