I would assume that they offer a slightly less favourable exchange rate to cover costs.

Vietnam being the new China is not at all possible in terms of users. Vietnam's population is very low when compared to china, based upon that Bitcoin operations can be found low. These days the popularity have been increasing which makes more of them to implement ATM's and other relating exchange services around the world.

Bitcoin ATMS were installled since 2015. The famous one I know that installed a lot of bitcoin atm machine was in Las Vegas and it was owned by the former heavy weight champion of the world. Yes, it is Mike Tyson, from boxing he is now focusing on bitcoin business.
