You need reply to tomatocages request because people wont take you seriously, if you dont deposit into a escrow address.
I`d be purchasing by now, if I saw some sort of confirmation if tomatocage said its confirmed.

Well it'll guarantee he gets his PP money and the buyer gets their coins (if escrow is used correctly), but the buyer can just chargeback which is probably what would happen

This guy are 100% scammer - all tell the same story cuz paypal can chargeback and want paypal first... Paypal not so safe - I have dealed much with it and have won all buyers disputes
