This guy's donation address has brought in over 6.5BTC since the first transaction to it on 2017-07-13 21:52:34.

Here is his wallet: https://blockchain.info/address/1GwtZF9QFKWNqCRHLx1Y9adGcrhQSUnNfY

At the current value of this post, he has received $15,216.09 US Dollars for his act.

He definitely has balls for doing what he did, and he may have been reprimanded by his employer for his acts, but I have a feeling that his address will end up having a lot more than just 6.5BTC donated to it for the stand he took in favor of BTC.

here you have link to full his show to whole action.
I think move is giving more emotions and context than just meme jpg.

What gets me is why he would delete his tweet. If he's pulling in donations, he should keep the address posted.

A badass indeed. It is nice to have people who can go to any length to showcase bitcoin. His bold move is already paying off for him having received about 4btc so far.

Don't let others control your BTC -> self custody

He's not going to stay unidentified for long. I bet they register people entering the congress. If I were him I'd worry about losing my job at this point, but on the other hand he made history, so it was worth it. I've seen someone call him "the FED flasher" in the comments, which sounds hilarious IMO Grin

I lol'ed with this, he got some guts to do it in front of the camera and formal people but I think he is so desperate to get some attention but it is good for bitcoin community though I think he is a true fanatic of bitcoin, or he just want to do the tripping.

Nice and creative method to receive some BTC as donations Grin Hopefully, those methods will not be criminal and harm someone.
