But like I've explained we are building the project in two phases, first one it's only a website to get a good database and people been able to use it, like a beta in a project
Of course for everything else like the wallets and currencies, I've explained that our system will come later with also the final version of the website
All the features we have listed before will be available during the beta,

The main goal of the beta, is for example :
George knows Bitcoin but he doesn't know nothing about it he has a free room at his house, so he rents it for altcoins or bitcoins,
Paul knows Bitcoin but he doesn't want to buy, but he has a little restaurant, than he will be able to list his business on the site and get people know that he starts accepting Bitcoin and Altcoins,
John found a place where you can find an ATM for Bitcoins, then he add the ad on the website and people will know that there they can exchange Bitcoins and use it

#1 The goal here is to be able to add different currencies, for example you are a business owner or someone who rent his house you choose the coins you accept on your ads,
For example you can accept Bitcoin Litecoin Dogecoin IOTA Ethereum etc.. you're free to list what you accept
#2 It's true, but you can make an escrow system and also this as been true since the beginning of Bitcoin and it never stopped business to grow
#3 If you checked Bitpay Card is not available anymore in EU for example same as other cards, and here the goal again is to mix Altcoins and Bitcoins not just to spend
#4 Our goal is to get the cryptos mainstream for people, letting business and normal people have a chance to get some coins not to make a pure marketplace

Your opinion is welcome, but I think you didn't get the concept of the project, here we are making something to get the Bitcoin and Altcoins mainstream for business and for people,
I don't want to remplace Airbnb, but to make something that will link people on crypto

I don't want to be the wet blanket on the party here, but the reason this seems like a pipe dream is:
#1 bitcoin transactions are too slow slow and expensive for real-world retail usage.
#2 with crypto payments you have no purchase protection.
#3 now you can just use SHIFT or BitPay and you draw from your BTC wallet with a debit card.
#4 everyone accepts debit cards and you won't get sneered at trying to use your freaky crypto.
(just my opinion)

Are you sure that you can implement all the needed features into Wordpress?
Your project reminds me a lot of Airbnb, and I would think that you'd want a custom solution or at least a cms that's a bit more customizable than Wordpress.

It also seems a bit weird to focus on explaining to your users how Bitcoin and wallets work. Your customers are going to be people who already have experience with that, which is why they want to use your website to rent a home or apartment.

Note that we took a simple wordpress and had to made some changes for adding currencies to the ads, we have set private message for people having privacy too,

The main goal is to have a website where people can post their ads and make a good database, in the first launch we will maybe ask people to use Coinomi Wallet or Jaxx,
Because with this we want people to understand that they can accept any currency and exchange it as soon as possible directly on the wallet app,
We want also to let people get some coins and make a portfolio even if they don't understand mining and if they don't even want to spend money directly to buy it, as the best way to gets Bitcoins today is by just accepting it,
In fact just making Bitcoin and Altcoins mainstream !

We will make our own by the time, same as for the website, but as we want to build something strong and support the currencies online we don't want to take any risks for the start,
That's why we are already building the inside team who will take care of all the security aspects of the project,

About the marketing side, I can just tell you that we have contacts and we have really the possibility to grow up fast as soon as we got the final product,

We will be really 100% on this project from the 20 February 2018, we will make a roadmap and explain our vision, actually we are only at 50% due to others project to be finished soon

I like this concept because 1) I love to travel, 2) I am from a country focused on tourism, and 3) I am from a country with growing bitcoin (and altcoin) awareness. There is already a bitcoin ATM a few kilometers from me and also a restaurant accepting payment in bitcoin. Whether AirBnB accepts cryptocurrency is beside the matter. Having a complete listing for itineraries is the goal. At least as I understand it from your post. Good luck!

Good idea, a little bit of work in perspective but it could help the cryptos community grow. Many hotels may be a little reluctant to this type of payment but individuals may be interested.
The idea of the BitBackpacker is perhaps the right plan to start and will find an interest parallel to Expedia.

 Now cryptocurrency is becoming more popular and more people are getting involved and interested in bitcoins since bitcoin is familiar to people bitcoin can be used to travel and accomodations are provided by accepting bitcoin currencies.There are several sites that provides us to confirm before we reach the destination .So without using physical currency we can travel over the world with the aid of bitcoin without starving .

This is an interesting idea, however, there are a few huge issues that would need to be resolved before it could become popular. One of the major issues with Airbnb is the customer server. How do you plan on doing customer service with a blockchain? Imagine for example, someone books a room and then they damage the room. There is no such thing as a "hold" on blockchains so you wouldn't be able to get reimbursement for damages. The same thing goes with refunds when booking something that turns out poorly. For example, when you take an Uber and the driver gets in an accident, Uber will refund the trip. You can't do that with a blockchain. There needs to be some way to inject customer service into an idea like this before it becomes mainstream. There are just too many issues that arise during a normal trip that a blockchain can't handle. Additionally, the high fees and long transaction times of Bitcoin make it impractical for frequent use.

That's a good way of publicity of Bitcoin if your project will be able to support these service then people will be able to make use Bitcoin while they travelling. Basically, while we are travelling around the world then we are facing some sort of problems like paying the hotel bill, Food and others Bills. so your project will be a blessing for Bitcoin holders.
Since Bitcoin is a good way for the payment so that it can help also all the tourist person regarding their needs. they can find the amenities related to the tours and travel purpose which really attracts people to use Bitcoin.

Yes, I like your concept, but while I don't see your site, your positioning, your team, it's difficult for me to determine whether this corresponds to my imagination about you and your project.

That's exactly our idea behind the project, to be more specific, it's to allow people to buy more bitcoins and invest, as they now that they can even use small portions to do everything everyday like in real money,
It will cut the people who keep their coins like gold and don't use it, we need the bitcoin to move from people to people, more we have per day, more the currency will get stable,

Dude   I don't care about other companies, we don't have to live thinking about others life, specially in Bitcoin, my goal is not to make an Airbnb and take money from people just to keep people be able to exchange messages,
Our goal is to build a place where people can show their business and add systems like inside shops, inside bookings etc.. for all the users who uses Bitcoin be able to know when they travel ( or not ) where they can get food, museums, hotels, appartements etc.. with Bitcoin or Altcoins,
Airbnb is taking a lot of fees, making people doing appartements like hotels etc.. and their system with "Super Host" the reviews system and also kicking the ability to modest people to have a flat inside of big cities,
That's why in the beginning I've asked what you think we should do about this, and with our team, we think that we are going to help the hotels, if hotels propose a lowest price in bitcoin, with some extras that you can pay directly in bitcoin, people tour, etc they will get more customers, and will release the Airbnb pression,

We are starting EU now, has it's less exposed than US, it will be easier for us after to have some support team to take care of adding projects by the time it grows, and for us to focus on US,
- We have added 40 business in the city of Paris ( We will start here, has we know a little bit Ledger and LaMaisonDuBitcoin and they are helping us on getting a clean and good database )
It's very hard, because the businesses have sometimes no pictures, no websites, etc.. so we are trying to get the most clean infos possible for people have a nice UX

Coming Next Week :

- Adding the feature "Claim your business" on the ads we already made
- Adding the online booking system for hotels and restaurants
- Adding a blog for tips and learn about travelling with bitcoins around the world
- Adding the first security level to the website, customers accounts, business acounts

- If you are from a big city in EU (France,Spain,Portugal), or NYC (Will be later), let us know by PM or even here, we will need some help to start there first

I agree with you of course, at this stage, don't over-work on this. Everything just should be pleasant and harmonious even if it's MVP. In such cases it is better to do everything simply and minimally using nice templates. Well, I'm looking forward to the first version

Why would it be bad news for Airbnb to adopt crypto? I think it would be good news for both. Unfortunately. they can't just do it like this. They will have to integrate too much to do a blockchain. But to accept payments? that's easy.

Sounds like an interesting project, but whats to stop Airbnb/Booking.com from just allowing people to pay with BTC/ETH?

While booking for a family room weeks ago, I was really surprised to know that bitcoin payment may already be made in online booking sites (expedia and booking.com). While I see the benefit of advocating for the use of bitcoin in already existing entities, I am really looking forward to know how this business model will soon work. Thanks for sharing this. Thanks a lot dude for those words, again it's really nice to heard that about the design, I design a little bit, I'll try to do some things, but as MVP, I'll maybe not really focus on this for the moment,
but really more in the features and the system for people be able to manage, I think first we need a solid product who works great without misunderstanding from people who will use it, and after focus on the beauty,
of course the UI/UX will be present on the first MVP but not as it could be at final stage

Thanks a lot for your comment, we have really checked on this side and you are true, but we found that it's because it stills very hard to implement a system for any business to take bitcoins easily and manage it,
without knowing really what is the technology, I know there is a bunch of systems to do this, but it's still complicated in the mind of people, what I learn from my life, is that people will make the effort to learn and understand something,
if they see some money or paper besides it, that's the human nature ( or maybe the society nature lol ), but I think of connecting people in first place, and making a big system for business be able to manage fully their transactions etc..

I can tell you that we already have a lot in the US, in Spain, Brasil ( We have not checked all yet but we are working on it ) for the hotels, and there is restaurants and bars everywhere now,
But I can tell you that there is really more place that you think that already accepts Bitcoin, and we really try to people get some views for their business,
The biggest thing about Bitcoin is community, we are the ones who make it used and buy everyday, and project like mine or others are just helping people to grow ideas started from nowhere,
also we are spending our own money, and a friend as put 2 rigs to our charity wallet, so we really doing this just for the cause and the fun, we don't care if it will be a success or not

Thanks really for this question to tell you the truth, we spook about it just one time at the beginning of the project, and we have decided that this will be for the next stage of the project,
Airlines companies have growed a lot those days, with low costs flights everywhere around the world, one of my friend did Portugal-Spain-France and back for just 60€,
If a website or a platform grows and has customers and business accepting the bitcoin in many countries, the airlines companies will think or speak about that in their offices,
Imagine if they accepted Bitcoin at the price of 300€ before for flights at 50€, they was making a big profit on those low costs planes, the only issues for business is to be able to manage perfectly their accounting in bitcoins or altcoins,
For you to know, we was at a diner yesterday, and a friend of a friend works in insurances in Europe, her company uses Etherum to make their contracts with their clients and it's a big insurance company in EU,

This question is very a big point of the project, but I think it will be in the next step after the MVP, because if we grow we will have some impact and could contact those companies, why not,
But in first place let's say that you just have to use your card to take your planes tickets and them you're ready to go after that to the Bitcoin world
But really interesting question, we will for sure check this deeper as we saw it has been asked, thanks a lot dude

Dude that's really and excellent idea, we will discuss about this with our team, for sure the name looks really great and also fits the mind behind the project,
Actually as I explained there will be more than just one stage in the project, first we will allow people to communicate easily and book fast etc.. not any kind of payements on the platform,
the reason is that we plan it for later, also about a tool that businesses could use in an easy way to start accepting Bitcoin with accounting system,
About laws and regulations, we already spook between all of us, and we think like this :
" Like the blockchain, bitcoin represents freedom as long as you do not walk on the block of the other "
We will for sure block or not accepted any content that is porn, marketing fakes, etc..  but we will give people liberty about their business, if the governments don't allow the bitcoin in entire country, yes we will block the IP of this country to not be able to
check this country, but they could check the countries where they want to go and also like everyone knows even the Wifi WP2 is dead in security terms, so you should use a good VPN today,

travelling around the world with a backpack and an android 

the problem is building a system and business connection to local businesses around the world
different countries have different regulations on bitcoins & businesses
once you overcome these barriers, I believe the project would become a great lucrative start up
heck yeah... I would also start evaluating the possibility of this business model
maybe each of us could start small one in our own country and serve locally at the beginning
and then connect to each other for servicing global customers 

Nice project I never heard any services that you can purchase or book something like hotel or restaurant with your bitcoin directly at least you need 3rd service like bitcoin debit card or something to book them, This is a good idea however not all the place or country where you can transaction with bitcoin freely, for example in Bali you can't make a deal with your bitcoin I heard that their government prohibits the use of currency other than their official currency to deal, not dollar not bitcoin, so how do you handle this type of problem?

I like your eagerness and enthusiasm about this but I think there's a slight flaw in the business model. As far as I am aware, there are no airlines that accept BTC as a payment method. How then are you going to create this directory for multiple cities?
Once you start expanding the realm of your definition of companies that accept BTC you'll find yourself having to include debit cards that are linked to crypto wallets which would render the site slightly impractical.
I'm curious how you'd avoid this..

The idea sounds good but it seems that you will be lucky if you find at least 1 hotel (restaurant, or concert agency) that would like to deal with cryptocurrencies. Because of different legal things it seems complicated and I don't think that users will get a big benefit from it.
If you will use the fiat currencies then you will just try to copy the existing service.

This is a very nice project and this will announced bitcoin to micro business all over the world. Using bitcoin to pay for hotel, accommodations and restaurants foods will keep the coins in the mind of people. I am living in the country were means of booking for accommodation is very hard especially if you are booking from another countries because most of the online payment processor are not accepted in the country. This breakfast travel projects is going to make great wave as many of the bitcoins enthusiasts will like to invest for it success because of the problems it has come to solve.

Thanks for your question, the website/app will be a map with a listing, where you can choose by categories (bars,food,hotels,museums,etc..)
Actually we are working in this way :

1 - My friends and I, are checking on the net all websites where ads for bitcoins or altcoins are listed, we are putting it one by one as we can,
Also we have to check the ads with the right images, descriptions etc ourselves for people, this part is painful for us, but necessary for the community and for part 2,
2 - The ads will have a button on it with the mention "Claim your business", the owners of the business will be able to retake full control on their ads and manage their business,
3 - We will implement main features for the most asked categories, we already worked on those features :
Restaurants : They will be able to take reservations from the website, and check the entire menu, also the ability to take in delivery (later)
Hotels and BnB : They will be able to put a calendar for the entire house for people, and list the rooms and availability for the hotels
Events, Art, Museams : They will be able to sell tickets, and also take reservations online directly from the website

In fact by claiming their business, or making their own ads they will have all those features included, which sometimes is really good, maybe a restaurant will make a special attention for bitcoin clients, like sharing each others about their ideas, why they accepted bitcoin, etc..

Also we will make special accounts, for people who will be interested of helping us by adding and managing ads in their countries, we will see after finishing our first MVP, how we will selected those people, but for sure the grade on Bitcointalk.org will be a sign of maturity and respect that we can trust,
And when people will know about this website, I think a lot of business will put their own on the website/app, as it's free

We are trying to make an MVP as fast as possible, we are actually working on a wordpress basic CMS for us to test the beta, and after first month of testing, if people really adopt the concept and want more, we will move to full native code,
Also at the start we will not make any escrow system or any online wallet, this will be all based on the trust of the customers reviews, I really think if the community is really fair,
I'll of course add you as our first testers I'll also update our social networks and everything as soon as possible, because for now we are only 4 guys in a room working hard on the website

But when we talk about Bnb it's really about Bead and Breakfast, also I had my flat on Airbnb, and I lived the experience,
It's terrible, people note you 5 stars or 1 star, sometimes guests try to intimidate you to have some refunds or you have your "SuperHost" badge out,
Airbnb was a great things at the beginning, now it's just a rolling money without real soul around it,
In our case, if people go to an host place, they both love bitcoins, so they will maybe go outside together, exchanges good ideas, and good address etc.. I think it's totally different experience,
We also promote restaurants, museums and Hotels ( who are complaining about Airbnb ), here they have a change to gain a lot of new customers of they just start accepting Bitcoin or altcoins,

I agree that a lot of places don't still accept bitcoin, but here we will just make an open project, if people want to promote their business, there is nothing bad on this,
Of course we will not allow anything strange or who doesn't follow the laws of the gouvernements, and on our last check, most of countries allows now the bitcoin,
The most exiting thing, will be also that people travelling will not need to make big exchanges in currencies, as bitcoin is international,
We will always respect the laws and countries, but in first the community, for example if we receive any thing or any ask from a governement, we will just expose it in public,
One thing that is good with Bitcoin is that the governements can't mask their real ideas behind words, a clear no on bitcoin is a proof of non liberty right,

That's right, that's one thing the OP is aiming for, but I think it's not an easy project to implement as there are still many governments that do not accept bitcoin. It is a huge obstacle.

I agree and happy with this project, because we can easier to traveling by using bitcoin this is, our actions we have come to the hotel and other tourist areas. we love discount or pieces.

Hey, I like your concept I am sure that if this project is implemented in a qualitative way, it will be successful. It would be cool to have such information in one place and exchange new data in the community of traveling crypto people. And of course it's better than to dig in major resource and look for places where Bitcoin is accepted.

Give people a clear view of where they can go for bitcoins, what they can eat there and what to do using only bitcoins, etc.

Its really a good project. But how you find out which all hotels or resorts will accept bitcoins from all over the world? Or you are going to make the list of hotels or resorts of only a specific country? Anyways I think its really a tedious task to co-ordinate with all the hotels around the world. I think for this you need to hire representatives all over the world to make deals with such hotels or resorts.

So after checking a lot and reading multiples things around the bitcoin community,
I've decided to make this project, the reason are simple :

- A lot of people wants to buy bitcoins, but it's better if they can buy a lot and also use little portions until the price grows ( ) and be more safe to invest and live with bitcoins,
because if you can buy food, pay a rent, and some little extras in Bitcoin, why you need € anymore ? So I think it will push more people to adopt Bitcoin

- Because it will avoid exchanges, if you live in a country, you can visit another one just with bitcoins, as you get the map, the ability to take reservations of rooms all in bitcoin,
You'll feel more confortable, and don't need anymore to exchange a lot of money in another currency,

- Because for bitcoin be able to grow, we need it to be exchanged a lot, and if more people see it around them, they will start looking, yesterday I've saw 2 women of 70 years old, buying bitcoins but she didn't even know what was a wallet... so it starting in all ages, and starting to get the mind even of people who don't get IT,

The main features :
- Restaurants will be able to sell packages of meals, taking reservations online,
- Hotels and GuestRooms BnB, will be able to have a calendar for people be able to book their nights,
- Museums, Art Gallery, will be able to sell tickets online directly,

The entire website will work under the rule of reviews, the goal is not to put 5 stars to be a pleasure, but to be really honest, like 4 is good, but 5 is the best, not like in other websites, or it's always or a 1 star or a 5 star,

I don't want to make people pay also for anything on the website, we will just put some btc etc.. donation address, for people who loves the site, and work with it and grow, will I think help us to grow the entire website, also i've took a look at coinmap.org which is really excellent website, and I don't want to do the same, as our project will more focus on travelling, with the options for people to make it the easiest way possible,

This is a good project for bitcoin exposure. I have read that some people tried traveling only with bitcoin but they have problems because only few shops and stores accept bitcoin so OP your project will be a big help for those people. Exchanging bitcoin to fiat has some fees and if they can directly spend bitcoin then they can avoid this unnecessary cost. Maybe you can have a package deal of the travel like hotels, fares, meals and maybe some tourist attractions are all included so that the traveler would not have a problem anymore in paying those with bitcoin and then you can include as well in the information the stores in that place that will accept bitcoin.

I agree with you, but money still real money, also I know that here it's not the thread but besides btc we could accept others, but that's another point,
For me it was more about the thing to expand the use of the btc, I know in some little cities, just one shop accepting bitcoin is getting a lot of customers, and I think that Japan official acceptation is telling us that maybe we should go on this way,

I think that for now if you want to book something using crypto then the best way to do it is to use a cryptocard on already existing services like  airbnb or booking com. If you want to pay directly in crypto then it will decrees the general amount of supply on the booking market.

The goal is to make a place where people could find anything they need for a travel to another country with bitcoin,

For example, you'll be able to book a room or an house, check places where you can go and pay in btc, like bars, tourism places, museums etc,
Everything listed on this website will be about travelling, and be sure that you can make a travel 100% in Bitcoin,
This idea came after Japan accepted officially the bitcoin as a currency everywhere, the place will just be based on people reviews, we don't ask for anything,

But i've some questions, and for that I'll need to have some advices from you, we know some places are against giving the right to rent their house or their room or for a limited time, for example, in New-York you can't rent your flat more than 30 days per year, what should we do about this ?

The goal is to stay legit and just give the opportunity for the btc to grow,
Because if this place works, more restaurants, more hotels, more places will start accepting the bitcoin around the world,
