Hi, I hope that I'm posting this in the right forum. I need some advice on an issue that I'm having.

I created a new account on the "Bitcoin Blender" site about a week ago and had some bitcoins paid to the address that they provided. After a few hours the deposit had still not reflected. I checked the support section of the site which advised that I should check on the payment via the blockchain site which I did and the results confirmed that the payment had been made to the address that I was provided with and had been confirmed several times.

I tried sending several support messages via an interface provided on Bitcoin Blender. To date I have stilll not received any response and my deposit is still not reflecting.

I managed to track down the user account on this forum for the owner \ manager of Bitcoin Blender and tried sending him a message explaining my issue. Once again no response to date.

Is there anything I can do to try and recover those funds? Any guide \ assistance would be greatly appreciated.
You should've used bitmixer instead, they are reputable and trusted and you'll need no account creating stuff, however if you could provide your transaction link here and still if no answer then you might want to open scam accusation here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0
But I'm sure it's not a big deal though.

As what I remember there are several bitcoin blender, like the other one was a scam site which is the .org
If you use this site bitblender.io or the bitblendervrfkzr.onion for tor then you can post it in the ANN thread of bit blender https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-bitcoin-blender-anonymous-bitcoin-mixer-436467 or you can contact blender the owner of that site.

I think the .org is the genuine one, isn't it? Its the only one that comes up if you do a search for bitcoin blender. The URL of the site that I opened the account with was bitcoinblender.org
Nope the .org was the scammed site if I'm correct there's so manyy instances that people are scammed because of wrong link used
The bitblender I know is that link I gave above which they have their signature campaign here. Which is this site https://bitblender.io.

EDIT:  Upod checking this thread hereblender confirmed that the site you used was wrong and no one can help you here. I didn't saw blender just posted above, my bad. To OP sorry for your lose.

Hi,

bitcoinblender.org is a scam site, i have reported it to Google for phishing several times but it have not resulted in them being removed from search results. You can report it here: https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/?hl=en and maybe it will be removed from results.

The only legit site to login to Bitcoin Blender is http://bitblendervrfkzr.onion, this URL can be found in the ANN thread here on Bitcointalk and also found from https://bitblender.io/

Go to the scam accusation, provide all of your evidence and it will be more effective to get an attention from bitblender's member.

But are you ever checking the domain? sometimes there is a person who gets cheating by fake domain cause.
