If they just feature themself for free in the main forum that would be considered spam. So they can't.
They can start their own campaign though, which I don't mind and will gladly sponsor.
But since there is one already why not try it?

Probably because a business owner could just create their own thread and feature themselves for free. Don't get me wrong though, bitcoin is great.
Why no one is interested in sponsoring that idea?
