You can always run bitcoi-qt from a shell with the -rescan option to make any coins that did not send show up.
There is no transaction with that ID. Provide your sending address. Best guess, the transaction never made it to the network, and your original address still contains the coins.

I think its very very stranger..
your transaction was either too "spammy" (too big, not enough fees), or it was an attempted double spend. if it's the latter, all attempts to resend the transaction will fail. if it's the former, you can leave bitcoin-qt running and it will automatically rebroadcast the transaction (wait at least 3 hours).

There was never a transaction to that address at all. I don't know what you did, but you did not send to that address. It is not an issue of no fee, as the transaction would simply be unconfirmed. You need to find the transaction from the sending address on blockchain.info or you will never be able to know what happened. If you post the sending address here, and a time/date of transaction, you could get more help.
