    I will try later when my work finish, thank !🙂is a little confusing at least for me.

    Sorry about that bro, there seems to be no easier way to explain it... It's technical but at the end of the day you will also learn something. Knowledge is also important because you may need to apply it somewhere sometime to come.

    I recommend you to first read those articles I added there especially these two, you will get some little understanding of how it is done

    I also suggest you start the slip with a small amount on Both Coinomi and Electron cash if you can... Coinomi looks a little direct with their BitcoinCash Splitting tool.

    There is not much info about Claiming the Forks on the Jaxx wallet website so you will need to export your private keys to another valid wallet that supports the split like Coinomi or Electron Cash wallet

    In this case, let me get you instructions on how to split the forks and claim them using Electro Cash

    - Download the Electron Cash Wallet from the Official Website: https://www.electroncash.org
    DO NOT DOWNLOAD FROM OTHER WEBSITES.  THERE ARE TO MANY SCAMS LATELY INVOLVING MAJOR FORKS, YOU COULD LOSE YOUR MONEY

    - Use the seed phrase you backed up from Jaxx to Restore your account in Electron cash Wallet.

    - After, Click on the green "Network" icon in the bottom-right of the main window. Here is what it looks like;

    - This will open up a network dialogue:

    - On this window, Under the Overview tab, you will be able to switch branches. Ensure you have selected the LONGEST chain by height first(according to the picture above its BSV)
    BSV node
    Code:
    1d95671421@556767

    - Right-click that branch and select "Follow this branch".

    - Make a transaction to yourself (in other words send to an address in your wallet - go to View -> Show Addresses if you can't see your addresses) that spend all your coins (use the "Max" button in the Send tab to do this). This transaction is NOT REPLAYABLE on ABC Chain until its height is equal to the height of the SV Network. This is because Electron Cash signs transactions with nLockTime = current height (which is why it's important you do this from the chain that is longest first).

    - You're not done yet! Your tx is not replayable temporarily but it may be some time in the future. So switch to the other branch that is shorter by height(according to the picture below it's ABC chain)
    ABC Chain node
    Code:
    147bffd44b@556768  OR 4626ff6e3b@556767

    - Then initiate a transaction that spends all your coins to yourself, but make sure you send them to a different address and not the same address you sent the first coins before.

    - Viola! Your coins are now split!

    NOTE: Do this when the heights of the two chains are sufficiently different - at least 3 blocks apart.

    You can also read about how to perform a split on Coinomi wallet after downloading it and importing your wallet, links are in the references;

    Please let me know if you have succeeded, Good luck claiming the forks
