I don't believe that someone downloaded the file. Even the people here doesn't want to download that. It must be a sale talk to make the victims to buy because of not having more stock to download from the buyer.

But hey many in the forum had become very judgemental towards newbie ranks that if they had posted something like these they will obviously think it as fraud, Let's just wait for moderators to decide and there is no one had reported a scam incident regarding this In my opinion if there are negative trust then that someone likely to need a caution and if the person is newbie and had to offer something like this if your not interested or a little careful with something like this then you just need to ignore it, I am just saying that don't judge the book by its cover.
This smells like a scam and that's because the OP is no really cooperating with people in this thread and doesn't offer enough information about the stuff he is selling. A trusted seller would defend himself with good arguments about his merchandise and why people should buy it.

Yeah, the problem is not the promotion, its the software. Developers do not understand 2 things about non-developers, it is the reason why developers that mostly appeal to either free software and sell the customer (aka facebook/instagram places) or middleman places (aka airbnb/amazon type places) to get rich and not really b2c direct selling of a digital product.
One important part is we are not developers, so we can't read your code and assume it is good, how are we so sure that your code actually worth 1 bitcoins ? We do not have the capacity to know if it actually is that good or could be found online for much cheaper, maybe you are the cheapest best option, maybe you are ripping people off, we wouldn't know.
Second is as non-developer how am I going to be sure about you giving me a secure code? Maybe I will get hacked? How would I know, hence I wouldn't be capable of trusting it.

Using satoshibox is another reason to be careful, if he is legit seller so its better to use trusted escrow in this forum. The buyer is indeed a newbie and have no reputation or past trade deals.
Moreover he is trying to sell through an autobuy link which can clearly be seen as a scamming attempt.

No offense to op but this is how wise scammers fish others. New versions of malware are written and it is hard to detect by online virus checkers. Using emulative computer systems like virtual machines is better idea before opening file on personal computer.
