I'm not an expert in security, but I support you to make the tutorial to explain it. In other site say Qubes OS also the safest way to keep bitcoin wallet. Make split wallet can be more secure, split into an offline “cold storage” wallet and an online “watching only” wallet. Don't worry about malware attack because malware not have ability to reach  our wallet in offline "cold storage". So, our wallet will safe and not get hacked.
I think Qubes OS must have high specification to install it and many more technical process. For beginners or newbie its hard to understand, moreover not have knowledge and skills in computer

Its up for debate whether physical isolation is better, but I'm thinking of a more practical way of storing your Bitcoin, and possibly a safer way of storing your "hot" wallet that you frequently need access too. I might write something up with my experience of isolating via the machine. The only issue I know of is that Qubes OS requires certain virtualization technology present in the motherboard of your computer to actually work, and a lot of users here will likely be using older technology which doesn't have it. I honestly think that's the reason why Qubes OS isn't more popular. The user interface is surprisingly good, however it is a pretty unique way of securing your system compared t other well known operating systems. I wanted to see how much demand for this would be, as hardware wallets are likely used by the majority of users here at Bitcointalk. When you compare a hardwallet with Qubes OS a hardware wallet might indeed be cheaper if you don't have the VD-T virtualization technology present on your current motherboard. Although, I personally believe this is the solution you should use for everything, and not just Bitcoin so it swings in roundabouts I guess.

I'm certainly not claiming to be a expert in Bitcoin security, but I think sharing my findings of Qubes OS, and having some open discussion from the community could in fact improve my personal security.

I've been thinking about writing up a guide of how you can use Qubes OS Compartmentalization for securing your Bitcoin, and system. I've mentioned this a few times over the last few weeks, and I'm knee deep into securing multiple systems with virtual isolation via Qubes OS. There are alternatives which I'm going to have to look at, because I'd like the keep the guide as unbiased as possible, but the content is going to be predominately based around the Qubes OS operating system.

This guide will be covering the basics, but will also be an opportunity to broaden my mind from the input from you guys, and hopefully secure my system even further. There is a lot of documentation to Qubes OS, but this can sometimes be technical. Hopefully, the aim of the guide would be tailored specifically to Bitcoin users, and some good practices with wallet software as well as discussion around securing a Bitcoin node via virtual isolation.

I'm wondering whether there would be any interest in this before committing to it. I'm not sure if there is specific interest for securing Bitcoin.
