I doubt this is something that will actually happen. I think setting up a bitcoin donation address and forwarding all funds to the Red Cross would be a better idea.

Not that I don't like your idea Tongue, it would be awesome!

So no doubt, there will be a concert put on for the Philippines, but we all know about live 8, and how little money actually get's put through to where it needs to be.

I figured that most people know someone, who knows someone. You're only ever a few contacts away from the right people. Wouldn't be incredible if we could get a bitcoin concert going? Whereby people pay an entry with bitcoin, and we can see the bitcoin address where all the funds go to. Obviously some of the funds would be needed to organise the event, venue etc - but the lionshare would go to where it needs to go.

Or maybe I'm just dreaming?
