I'd recommend electrs for low resource utilization and good performance: https://github.com/romanz/electrs
My own install guide for it is based on openSUSE (zypper package manager), but it's basically the same for other Linux distributions.

+me

electrs works really good, installation is not difficult, it synchronizes quite fast and uses reasonable amount of disk space.

That's only if the software runs on the same machine. But he said his Bitcoin Core install is on a server and I doubt he'll connect his hardware wallet to his server when he needs to do a transaction. That's where Electrum servers come in.
Since OP have the node and PC on the same network, he can use the remote setup setting(https://sparrowwallet.com/docs/connect-node.html#remote-setup).

not your keys, not your coins!
I would like to install Electrum Personal Server (or S or X?) on that same server (RHEL) then link to Sparrow Wallet (on windows 10 but same network) using Ledger Nano S (already set up).
Sparrow Wallet can be directly connected with Bitcoin Core[1]. It's using BWT which I think is almost the same as Electrum Personal Server. Is there any other reason why you want to install those Electrum servers?

They also have their own install guide for Ubuntu with apt: https://github.com/romanz/electrs/blob/master/doc/install.md

I just checked EPS guide for Debian/Ubuntu[1] and it should be applicable for RHEL 8. There's no step which heavily depends on OS's package manager (such as apt) or init system (such as systemd). RHEL 8 seems to be most recent version and already include Python 3.6 by default[2]. But personally i'd rather setup ElectrumX[3] server if you have multiple Electrum wallets since EPS require you to add master public key manually.

I appreciate the response.  The OS RHEL is Redhat Enterprise Linux.  the Rpi or Debian/ Obuntu installs wont work directly without changing commands etc.  Im not that skilled at those OS to be able to do that so was hoping someone did and i could follow.  Otherwise im coming up short searching for something useable- unless of course im missing something.

Rhel 8 when searching on Google it is pointing out that this OS is Linux which is why they are giving you Ubuntu or RPI guide on how to install it.

Actually, I never heard of this OS RHEL 8 have you tried all docs that you found recently for Ubuntu OS?

Why not try it first or check this link below

Or if you are looking for automated ElectrumX installer script you can check this one

I'm running currently Bitcoin Core v23 on RHEL 8 (has a few hours left before fully sync'd).

I would like to install Electrum Personal Server (or S or X?) on that same server (RHEL) then link to Sparrow Wallet (on windows 10 but same network) using Ledger Nano S (already set up).

I cant seem to find install instructions for Electrum for RHEL.  All of the docs i found were for Ubuntu, Rpi, Debian, etc.  I'm hopeful that someone has done this here and can point me in the right direction.  Thanks!
