Why do none of my payment get confirmed? I can receive payments but outgoing payments are not confirmed. Any clues why?

Can you tell us the transaction id's? That way we can see if there's a problem with the transactions themselfs (like a low/no fee)

No problems with account balance. Can these be reversed with no confirmations? I feel like I just gave money away.
Looks like the transaction wasn't broadcasted, or already forgotten by the blockchain.info node... This might sounds strange, but this is a good thing, at least it's a good thing if i understood your OP correctly (meaning, this was a transaction FROM your wallet TO Swiss Cryptocurrency Profils. If it was a transaction FROM them TO you, it's a very bad thing)...
I would start my core wallet with the -zapwallettxes argument, that way the unconfirmed transaction will be removed after a rescan.
After this, you can chose to create a new transaction, or you can keep your coins... To be honest, a company with a name like "Swiss Cryptocurrency Profis" does sound a bit dodgy... I have no idear tough, they might be legit.
Just for your information: when you have an UNCONFIRMED transaction, you CAN double-spend the inputs as long as it isn't included in a block... If you added enough fees, you'll have 5 minutes on average to do this, and it's technically complicated, but certainly doable. As soon as the tx is included in a block (1 confirmation), chances of getting your coins back are close to 0.
