Well, the error is from MINGW, so check the logs there. That is always the first and last place for information. Some value from the stack was pushed and MinGW did not like the results, If the logs are not giving enough info, then alter the settings to get better and more verbose results. The error should happen over and over and you can catch it.

Where did you download your version? Was it a precompiled binary or did you compile it from sources?
If it's not an official build, there might be errors in the specified .h file.

Delete peers.dat and banlist.dat files in your Bitcoin data directory and restart Bitcoin Core and you should be fine.
