This link may be your best bet, i personally use ubuntu, add apt repository and get it from there, i have problems using autotools.

Then for the API calls, just use any language you want, you have several examples here : https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/API_reference_(JSON-RPC)
And each call explained : https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Original_Bitcoin_client/API_calls_list

Walletnotify will be your best friend.

Great, I'll try and return the result.

Why not use API Calls from Bitcoin Core?
It has RPC Command Line.

It is exactly what I intend to do, but I do not know how to install the server to receive these commands, I already found several tutorials on the internet but it does not work, do you know any good tutorial to install this server? Preferably in CentOs, but, it can be in any other OS as well.

If you don't feel confortable in setting up and securing your own client maybe a third party service is ideal for you in the beginning.

Check out Blockchain.info API: https://blockchain.info/pt/api

I can not get the API release for Wallet in blockchain, today my system has already received payment for them.
At that point I need to make a transfer beyond receiving, and they did not force me to do so, and so I resorted to having a core myself.

In English:
I need to create my own system to receive and make bitcoin transfers, I have seen and read many articles but not one with more updated information on how to install and configure a server.
And without expecting to find something more up-to-date, I ask savvy users how to install a server and keep the core updated and create portfolios for bitcoin collection and transfer
