Also you can keep your Blockchain directory in specific location, not in standard installation directory:

If you are using Win7:

1. Turn off your wallet.
2. Create a new desktop shortcut.
3. Right click on the shortcut and select Properties
4. In the "target" field, add -datadir="the new data directory"
5. Move everything in C:/Users/"your user name"/AppData/Roaming/Bitcoin/ to your new data directory.
6. Start Bitcoin Core with your new shortcut.

I have installed bitcoin core latest version in my very powerful HP Envy laptop and is running smoothly. I want to install it in my desktop also, is it possible to just copy the directory which has all of the synchronization data of 131 MB each or I have to download again the full blockchain even from my desktop ?
