Just writing some code
Start Bitcoin Core with the -rescan option. It will rescan the blockchain for all of your transactions.

quick introduction - I'm not a noob, I forgot my forum credentials and had to make a new account because I haven't been active here since ASICs rained on my parade in 2013.

So I have a business internet connection at my home office now, and my PC runs a trading bot, and I decided to load up my old wallet.dat in the new Bitcoin Core and run a node, support the network and everything, maybe accept some payments in BTC if acceptance becomes universal enough.

Problem is, the wallet still shows 182.7 BTC that I had mined with my GPU farm in Q1 2012.  I sold the coins back then to pay my power bills, of course, blockchain.info shows that my address is emtpy.  The wallet is fully synced, but doesn't show any transactions after 3/14/2012.  blockchain.info shows that I was still using the wallet into July 2013.

I don't really enjoy seeing 1.7 million dollars worth of BTC that I don't really have every time I look at Bitcoin Core. Plus, I'd like to start using the wallet again, and I'm worried that any new send transactions will get stuck as a double spend.

I think I could just remove the old wallet.dat and use a new one, but I'm curious if anyone knows why the transactions after 3/14/12 don't sync to my wallet, and if there's an easy way to fix it.

Any ideas?
