Exactly this is what's going on from quite a long time and I still don't understand why do people even post such article when the entire world has witnessed the rise and rise of bitcoin as these kind of speculations make no sense at all.

Thats for their benefit to have some more time buy ,so they want it to drop, every high pumps corresponds some drops but wait till it bounce again youll amazed on record it can make.

I agree with you i personally would say it has still not crashed and it is almost 12k so i think that it will not crash in this year but we do not know what will happen next year with bitcoin maybe it can go higher maybe it will die.

Yes , I think that that's possible , Bitcoin crashed from 10.000 to 8800 last month and then grow up again to a new value , a bigger one , every time Bitcoin falls down , he grow up again with a bigger value . So it's doesn't matter if he fall down now , because it's gonna grow up again and again .

The price has taken a dip after $10k already and now it's between $9600-$9800 in global market but this dip cannot be regarded as a crash which is somewhat associated with dumping of coin and price falling by thousand of dollars. The next dip might happen next year but the current price of that time before the dip may not exceed to $15000 since this is above average of the price. I think it applies to everything 'the faster you get to the top, the faster you will go down'. So by this means that too much hype of the price may not good to the economy because it will lead to a revolution.

The price value of 11000$ ,is old value. It's not a peak and it is just the old value. A week ago,the price of bitcoin already reached 11000$ and then it is reduced some how due to reverse buying process, I.e selling. Then it again reaches the old value. So it will move to 15000$ sure at this year end.Nearly one month is their for the year end,so it is a chance for the raise of 15000$ .But it will occur very gradually.

Bitcoin price is moving all the time, this thread is again created by a newbie that wish to
spread some panic. I can not imagine that some one can freak out after little drop. We all
care about price, but price can not rise $10000 in one year and people to freak out after
little 10% drop.
Most of similar threads are created by newbies, they are not used to this price fluctuations.
That is happening all the time and there is no reason for making and spreading panic. As you
see day did not passed and bitcoin price recovered.

Bitcoin is actually following a linear chart of growth and is breaking new records day after day , it just hit 11k dollars for it's all time high .
Since the beginning of this year bitcoin managed to successfully grow and get back right after every hard fork and reach higher figures .
I don't think it'll be possible to stop it after such huge achievements .

True. I share the same sentiments as yours. Perhaps there is no stopping it. There will always be continuous growth as it already possesses at the onset. While there may be declines along the way, it sure will not reach double or more as compared to the rate it grew. As they say, two steps forward and one step backward is the name of the game. That is how you should dance along with it.

And as you can see, it surpassed the $10,000 prediction in the first week of December. What more can stop its growth in the market?

Yes I too think that there may be little correction in the price but won't fall down much as already the price has gone 11k, during the correction period people may buy some coins and store it for future which makes bitcoin even more stronger.

A lot of people here are talking about the correction of price I think this price is correct and suitable and the fall will not happen because investors are mature now and they will buy in the crash time and that act will give more rise to the price and so expectations are high here because a single drop of price will give a chance to buyers to fill up wallets and they will avails so it’s better to have a bit crash to see the future assumption.

I don't think some people understand th difference between crash and correction, what we have in 2015 when the price went from $1000 to $200 is a crash, If the price move back to $2000 then I will say crash but something around $6000 is a correction

Definitely, bitcoin is going to have strong fight at $10,000 like we have similar fight in 2017 when price get to$100 and 2016 when price reach $1,000 around this time last year. The fight is always between the bull and the bear because of traders want to take profit. Too much hype and new money coming in. I'm expecting a correction down to around 7600 range once everyone feels its time to take profits. It'll be a chain reaction once large holders/whales start capturing their profits. Given the holidays coming up too I can imagine additional new money coming in more than usual.

I'm more speculative on alt coins right now since it's usually been an inverse correlation between the two, but it's a bit parallel right now.

I think it may take a while to really solidify itself above 10k but I don't think we will see any significant crash, already today I have seen major news outlets reporting that bitcoin is nearing 10k, this will only serve to bring in new money and further push up the price.

I don't think that would be true. Bitcoin never crashed but dumped. Bitcoin was dumped baby times but it rises back and surpass it's previous price and even higher than what was predicted.
When Bitcoin Cash was pumped hard late October and Bitcoin was affected due to some traders are among their Bitcoin and started to shift Bitcoin Cash but after few days Bitcoin recovers and on its way to every higher before the drop. You see? Bitcoin never crashes nor dropped completely.

I believe after the $10k milestones will have reached by the bitcoin and some people will be ready to cash out from the bitcoin and take out all of their profit and try to buy back again later.
As per the massive adoption still continue and that gives the fundamental reason to pump the bitcoin right now, it's really difficult to determine when that will be happening.

EVerybody says it will crash hard, but there is indication for this so far. The trend is still strong in the market and buyers are keep buying bitcoin. We can see $11k-12k like prices if the trend maintains by bitcoin whales.

I do not think that it will fall much after 10k, but it can drop by 1-2k so that some people can buy bitcoin again cheaper and then go up again and see new records, now everything can be.I also wait when it will be cheaper to buy)

It is now over $9700. I won't be surprise if a crash follows just so it can balance the circulation of the coin in the market. A lot of holders will be cashing out soon in fear of the dip and then that will be the good time to invest. Although, to invest in bitcoin now that the price is too high is insane. Anyone, I am expecting the crash soon, but nobody really knows when it will be. Let's just watch the movement in the market and get ready for any changes.

I assume there is still a what I call "human market psychology" when it comes to price. If you have observed since the beginning of this year, once the price reached a remarkable all time high, the people takes profit and that causes dip. Don't be surprised if there will be dip at $10,000.

continue to wait for when the coin will crash. i guess you were not around before the hard fork was cancelled. many people comment here on the forum that btc will fall below $6k after the hard fork but immediately the hard fork was cancelled things change. that was when we know that segwit2x will happen compare to now when no fork is happening. i dont think the price will fall except there is fork or massive ban of the use of the coin. which i dont think will happen anytime soon.

It could crash any moment now but the thing is when it will crash? It's price is getting close now to $10,000 and there are some advance predictions that it can go up to $20,000 - $25,000 in no time. I don't have an idea on when bitcoin will crash. What I'm thinking is it can crash soon but it will never go back and below it's floor price of 7,000. I consider that as the new floor price of bitcoin and chance of crashing when it hit $10,000 is not high nor low.

10k reaching value is the dream of satoshi but this peak value bump is gonna hit as soon as possible. We have to expect the bitcoin price more than you wanted like a correction or dump in the chart.

Correction might really happen when it hit $10k but I am still optimistic that if it break the resistance at $10k then it will surely soar higher or else go dump at around $7k - 8K. But don't be scared because this is our future and bitcoin is really powerful expect higher value in 2018 folks.

If it break 10k it will go way more behind that. And I don't see it crash for the moment. There is just to much buy preassure. It's really hard to anticipe the price, especially for Bitcoin. CEM group and other institutionnal investor will start very soon to buy some BTC, so expect a 15k value for mid-2018 ? Then a crash is IMO inevitable, it can grow that much without measure.

It may have had its push towards 10K and people are now just timid of the crash that comes from hitting 10K. If we stabilise here for a few days/week then perhaps we'll hit the next level, but surely a correction of some magnitude is due...

Not sure about that but it seems a lot of people are in euphoria to pump the bitcoin more and more due to the a lot of interesting news about bitcoin comes from the various sources.
But the correction will be happening in the future but i don't know about when. It seems to be a mystery. if the euphoria will be over and you will see another decline.
