They are sending a card for free, But activation of the card required .05 BTC, and if you dont do 5 transaction you will loose again .05 BTC. and if you do 5 transaction a month you will loose more than .05 BTC a month in fees. So be away from these cards.

i bet my ass that their fee and overall cost are too prohibitive, it is always the case with those card that offer high anonimity, also many are a scam, they close their service after you fund enough money

you should provide something for trusting this service, because right now it look fishy

There are other also providing the same card, with same things that you mentioned above, Like see the bit-x card, you can use it anonymously , convert btc to cash. But the thing is that these card has a lot much high fees, then if we use localbitcoin. The most highest fees is the card inactivity fees per month which is .05 BTC
