Well, the once that have uploaded there scaned passports and ids will soon get what they deserved. Don`t be so stuped to trust a 8 days site that wants your passport.

okpay is upto $15 a withdrawal

aurumxchange is also expensive (I say this as someone from the UK that gets an easy time of charges generally though)

this one is still expensive so I wouldn't trust much of a balance on it,
and you're right... panama means the company director names don't have to be disclosed... guess we could ask...
but then... getting a card these days has become harder work presumably due to those know your customer rules, extended paperwork

All the fees to compare

Quote
okpay:

Card top-up    $3.00
ATM withdrawal    2% (min. $3, max. $15)
POS transaction    0% (free)
Non-financial transaction/decline    $0.40
Exchange rate for transactions in other currencies    Changed daily to reflect currency rates

If the Card remains inactive for 180 consecutive days, there is a monthly dormancy fee (not charged in full if this would render the balance negative):
during the 1st year    $10.00
during the 2nd year    $17.50
during the 3rd year    $25.00

Quote
aurumxchange:

   Monthly Maintenance: 4.95 USD
    ATM Withdrawal: 3.00 USD.
POF - Point of Sale purchase: 1.00 USD
    Internet purchase: 1.00 USD
Cost per load (Charged by the issuer): 2.00 USD

If it wasn't for the 2.50/month fee I'd get one just for emergencies... could be very handy. I wonder how long loading takes...
