I sent some BITCOIN to a wallet. And it's over a week now it hasn't confirmed. Pls what can I do??

How small fee did you choose? In cases when the fee is very small you can be ignored for a very long time by a miner which is responsible for the processing of the transactions and solving the blocks. The process of your transaction could last for several days, weeks, months or it could be prolonged for forever.
Your wallet and Bitcoin node are probably showing transaction as unconfirmed ( your transaction is stuck right now in the middle ).

Here is the needed tutorial for a solution of your problem:

There are some technicalities that you need to understand here .

1. when your transaction is unconfirmed it is because it is not picked by any bitcoin miner to put it in a blockchain block . Your transaction is just waiting to be picked by any bitcoin miner .

2. You should know that the block size is limited and only limited transactions are able to be processed at a time so your transaction is mainly struck into a limbo.

3. This has happened to me once and the transaction took almost 1 and a half week to get confirmed and transfer ,this was because the amount to be transferred was less and the fees used was also very less so it took a lot of time to get confirmed so , if this is the case with you then you either wait for some more time or you could cancel your unconfirmed transaction.

4. It is easy to cancel the unconfirmed transaction you just have to send a higher fee double-spend transaction , this means that you have to send transaction with same inputs but this time with higher fees this would send your money back to your address.

maybe this would help with your problem
