I think I found it in my LocalBitcoins wallet. Amount is a bit off but that must be because of the fee.

I was depositing and verifying my LBC account that I haven't used in ages and must have mixed up the addresses.

Sorry guys, and thanks.

It good to know that the problem is from ending cause there's no way of getting the bitcoin back if it was send to someone else address but you need to be more careful next time.
Please, lock this thread since the issue is already solved.

I'm afraid the site support might be right because my research showed the missing transaction to be sent to bc1qg7y2u2r70drmaj4qmq09d4wy7telufchu59vrv and 19rW1dFKYog8WsthwfaghsWAWM7wJioze4 the sum of 0.22233053 BTC, 0.34050143 BTC respectively from senders wallet bc1q6aklzvndrae300d3fx472aqxpsgw5hqfn59wfw but the BTC are still inside the wallet.

What is the version of the electrum wallet do you use?
Do you notice something strange when copy-pasting the site wallet address?
Does the recipients address belong to the site?

Version 3.3.8

I had just created this wallet before making the deposit.

Didn't notice anything strange. I went through the deposit process again to see if the address I pasted in changed and it didn't, everything looked normal.

Now they're saying that it doesn't. 24h after I made my deposit, when I was speaking to support in live chat they said that they see that it's on it's way. Unless they just meant that they received my deposit request. I wish I saved that chat.
Hmm. This transaction looks weird to me. If you sent from a bech adress (bc1q6aklzvndrae300d3fx472aqxpsgw5hqfn59wfw)  to another bech address - (bc1qg7y2u2r70drmaj4qmq09d4wy7telufchu59vrv) why is the "change" adress P2PKH? - (19rW1dFKYog8WsthwfaghsWAWM7wJioze4) (This is just a glitch in blockchair identifying the right change adress i suppose?)

First off: Can you verify your electrum version? https://electrum.org/#download

When i run the supposed change adress through walletexplorer, it seems to be part of https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/000003388d57064c?from_address=19rW1dFKYog8WsthwfaghsWAWM7wJioze4

Which is, if i see it correctly, part of "torwallet".

Tor wallet is a scam... ?

Can anyone else confirm what i'm seeing here?

OP: Can you confirm the following:
1. bc1qg7y2u2r70drmaj4qmq09d4wy7telufchu59vrv is your CHANGE adress.
2. you sent 0.3405BTC to 19rW1dFKYog8WsthwfaghsWAWM7wJioze4

Where did you get 19rW1dFKYog8WsthwfaghsWAWM7wJioze4 from? Who told you to send your funds to this address?

This is the address I see right now on my Marathonbet deposit page. If you got the same address from the link I posted this must mean that they must have received the coins, right?

https://i.imgur.com/iVMNznA.png

edit: No that's not right. When I continue to the next step they ask me to send to this wallet

3LANn3wxFrcoBvBNpyn2ZtT896aN4nAMBW

So 19rW1dFKYog8WsthwfaghsWAWM7wJioze4 seems like it would by my wallet. Maybe me old coinbase wallet. Let me check.

Ok. Asked the question because the 3.3.4 version of the walket is vulnerable to attacks but i will be happy if you could provide the link to the site where you downloaded the new wallet.

Right here. Googled Electrum and downloaded from the first link that came up.

https://electrum.org/#download

I've made 4 other deposits since then with no issues. I currently have BTC in that wallet as well.

I guess the OP has sent bitcoin from the segwit address to the legacy address. The change address is a segwit address.

Also I don't think the OP has been scammed by a fake electrum. If the Electrum used was fake, the entire balance should have sent to a single address and received bitcoins are still unspent.
First we should know whether the legacy receiving address belongs to Marathonbet or not. If yes, Marathonbet  is lying. If no, the OP has sent bitcoin to a wrong address. Maybe the OP has been scammed by a clipboard hijacker.

Where did you get 19rW1dFKYog8WsthwfaghsWAWM7wJioze4 from? Who told you to send your funds to this address?

This is the thing that still makes me wonder, if marathonbet doesn't own it then how did the OP obtain that address in the first place? @OP are you telling as the whole story here? Or are you missing some points like another person have made the deposit for you or something? It's really hard to make a mistake like this one since you confirmed it yourself that your pc isn't affected by a clipboard virus and you are running the latest version of Electrum which means that your system being compromised by a malware is not one of the reasons why you made that wrong transaction.

BTC price road to $80k
Can somebody help me track this down? Where did my coins go and how can I recover them?

If the transaction is already confirmed there's no way to recover them back.

What is the current receiving address from your Marathonbet account? Can you copy that address and paste it here. So that we can check if the address receives BTC last January 5th.

Do you have any AV installed on your PC?
Have you recently verify the Electrum signature before you install?

For now, there 's no way to recover a BTC if the transaction has more than 0 confirmations.

Much better scan the whole PC with Malwarebytes and updated AV to check if your PC is infected or not.

Also, check your browser if there is any installed plugin/extension that might cause of "auto-change address" when pasting.

According to your post on sportsbookreview it seems that you sent the BTC on Bitcoin cash or BCH?
If that's the case only support can help you out about this issue because they are the only ones who have access to this wallet. If they can retrieve or get the private key of that Bitcoin cash address they can retrieve your BTC.

Where did you get 19rW1dFKYog8WsthwfaghsWAWM7wJioze4 from? Who told you to send your funds to this address?

This is the weird part that you receive the change BTC to random address it should be sent to the same bech32 address as changed address.

Just checking maybe the source of the problem could be copy board hijack.

Ask the site support is this two wallets (bc1qg7y2u2r70drmaj4qmq09d4wy7telufchu59vrv and 19rW1dFKYog8WsthwfaghsWAWM7wJioze4) is theirs cause the wallet received the transaction and the BTC is still inside it at the time of writing this message.

I made a bitcoin deposit on Marathonbet on January 5th. I've gone back and forth with their support and they're telling me that the address I sent to doesn't belong to them.

Can somebody help me track this down? Where did my coins go and how can I recover them? This may have happened because the wallet I sent from is the new BENCH32 format and theirs is the older P2SH format.

We have received information from a provider, that there is no record that the address/wallet received (34ErEzbtisuLsR7siRQiGUYJQ2upMoKFNM) the transaction with the hash 85c6e916e189d151f3eb67142c3bf426c2a6480ed9823c2675ea0816ddf4257e.

Provider does monitor the change for addresses belonging to BitGo wallets that are in Bech32 format and therefore would have received the transaction should it have been sent to the correct address. It would appear that the conversion of the address that the you have used to send us the funds did not correctly convert our 34ErEzbtisuLsR7siRQiGUYJQ2upMoKFNM address into Bech32.
