It's weird though because I don't have any emails regarding this.

these guys from the skrill are weird, first they send me this email:

Hours later I received this other email:

I just ignored them because I have not used skrill for months because they sent me emails asking for the source of my income and I showed the sources of my income and they did not accept it and I gave up using skrill

Neteller is not an option for me.

And the problem is not the availability of the funds, I know that I can only send them to other people and I can't withdraw them using the card.

Like in the pictures given above, I have all the deposit options, except for the BTC/BCH one.

I didn't get my account closed but I did that yes, I made multiple bitcoin deposits and withdraw them to Paysera before. It's weird though because I don't have any emails regarding this.

I tried both my and my brother's account and It resulted in the same thing, no option to deposit using bitcoin.

I've searched and I couldn't find any articles where Skrill announced that they would delete the option to deposit using Bitcoin. Does anyone have an idea?
Use Neteller instead.

do not do this because they can close your account

I can speculate what is happening:

you have often deposited bitcoin to your skrill account and then you have withdrawn this fund into your debit card. If you did, then that must be the reason. In my case they closed my account:

and have months that I did not use skrill and months ago when I wore skrill i always deposited funds from the signature campaign and exchanges. I gave them all proof, but these skrill guys just ignored

and I was old  member with verified account

Weird it's working fine to me. It seems that your the only one who doesn't have the option to deposit with bitcoin.

Look mine below it shows the bitcoin and bitcoin cash option.

Yup, working fine here too:

If I remember well there is something with Neteller. Something like you can deposit bitcoins but can't spend it via the card or bank transfer.
Making the feature a simple wallet to store/spend your bitcoins which I doubt the OP is looking for.  Maybe the thing changed since, in this case, I would be happy to see someone confirming it

Skrill deposit with bitcoin is working also for me but you need to remember that funds deposited with bitcoin you can only spend on registered with  Skrill merchants
Not possible to use them in any other way
