Bitmex is the best among these three no doubt about that. I had used Bitmex for a long time before switching to Coinbase since a lot of my transactions were based on BTC to fiat. But, Bitmex is still one one of the top platform for exchanging bitcoin derivatives in my opinion.
I will definitely opt for Bitmex no matter what, though there has been some reports of them showing synthetic increase in their volume of coins but still Bitmex has been one of the most reliable exchanges to all its users. I, personally would prefer Bitmex over any other sites that allows exchange of BTC derivatives.
I think that derivatives negatively affect Bitcoin. With the help of derivatives you can earn on falling prices and this complicates growth.
This is a nice way to find out which are the most popular derivatives. Maybe you could have added 2 or 3 more, since the market is not limited to just these 3. Anyhow, a great move this is.
Having the option of a poll is a great way to find out which are the most preferred one. It eliminates arguments and heated discussion. And we can simply do the research on the most popular on at ease, instead of doing tonnes of work on multiple ones.
