There are many ways you can do that , some state moving your Bitcoins into some safe wallet getting the pass phrase out if your wallet , the thing they ask you to write down when you make a wallet initially and then making a wallet with the same pass phrase in a wallet that supports the fork , like coinami or something and then you may or may not receive your coins actually .
It's like a fast DIY but you know the value of Bitcoins diamond is just around 1$ , don't risk your privacy , I mean even if you had like 1 BTC you will only get 1$ thus just buy them.
Moving his Bitcoins out is a must and once that's moved to a different wallet there's less risk at that point. The only thing he'll risk losing if he uses a service are the other forked coins under those addresses.

Also there are official wallets listed on the main site that only supports their coin better to use those than other wallets that supports several forks if you're doing it by yourself.

Try Coinimi Android Wallet, I’m not 100% sure but I think they may support it. I claimee a coiple of shit forks (less well known forks) on there around 18 months ago.
Coinomi doesn't support all the forks, Only well known shit ones like BCH,BSV and couple others.
OP this script might make things simpler to claim all the forks : https://github.com/ymgve/bitcoin_fork_claimer  (I haven't used the script, I just found out on GitHub)

Hi,

Does anyone know a easy way how to claim Bitcoin Diamond fork and forks like it,  (ie Bitcoin X, Super Bitcoin)?
I looked all over,   there is no easy solution, and some claim the bitpie/bither is not safe or doesn't work anymore.
Others suggest paying someone to do it, send BTC to another wallet, give him the private key, and he takes a 5% cut.

Thanks,
cere

Be careful with forks.
Some of them are scams and they let people believe that they can acquire real bitcoin through the forks. If you have to pay for that then it is a legit scam so be cautious. Valid projects usually give a detailed explanation on how to claim the coins through the fork.

You have dig.walleting.services. It's an easy process to follow but they take 10% fees...might be high, but it's still less risky then finding an individual to do it for you, especially If the amount is big.

Yea I rather just do it myself, I wish I knew what method they use,    I would have to move quite a few different coins as they are all associated with same seed not just BTC.

It's always a problem with these forks... You can decide to do it yourself, but a lot of these forked coins lack support, because most of them were just created to get some FREE coins and after the initial hype it dies and if you are not quick enough, you get nothing from that fork.

I always wait for a month or two after the fork to start processing the forked coins, because I know most of the "scams" and problems with the wallets would have been sorted and reported by then and then I do 1 or 2 addresses at a time to see how it pans out.  Tongue

I just want to process bitcoin diamond as it is presently still worth something.
BCash, Bitcoin gold, Bitcoin Private were all pretty easy to claim.   but Bitcoin Diamond is different beast.   How did you process bitcoin diamond?
