Can someone answer me why bitcoin dice games were introduced with the advent of bitcoin?
What makes it possible for these games to exist with bitcoin and not with fiat ?

There are plenty of dice games in the fiat world, they just aren't as common as card games and are a bit different. Satoshidice introduced dicing as more of a lottery system and then Primedice simplified it greatly and took it off chain. Amongst the dice games in standard fiat casinos there aren't really any games very similar to primedice, bitcoin sites seem to be embracing transparency in terms of showing all bets and encouraging social gameplay.

Not having to wait 2-3 days on deposits and withdrawals certainly makes this sort of fast paced gambling more exciting and relevant for bitcoin users as well.

Well actually it could be a good idea to build one of this sites, the problem is the legal licenses you are going to need to open a casino and process payments and taxes.

the 0-100 dice game is pretty much a new idea, which had only been used in videogames before(since it's impossible to perform irl, would need a 10000 sided dice), in the fiat currency world things move much slower, so a lot of fiat casinos probably didn't even realise that this type of dice game exists and is so popular. Also a fiat casino would never be able to offer a house edge as low as 1% due to chargebacks, which would make it impossible for them to compete anyways.

my best guess; bitcoin isnt a centralized currency, so no one really controls it and holds power over it. in addition, anyone with a computer can use bitcoin and make transactions. fiat is regulated, and gambling is, in general, looked down on by the law
