I really can't understand all this FUD. Do people really think they can have any kind of influence over the market by posting on a thread?

The ones calling the shots are the chinese exchanges. Many chinesese traders can't read english and they have their own foruns.

Posting here is completely irrelevant.

But it's also difficult to explain all the hate and aggressive answers against these trolls. Aggression is mostly a sign of insecurity. It's like if people were afraid of the consequences of the trolls posts. Insulting the trolls won't change a thing. Que sera, sera.

Maybe posting on alt coins can have some price influence. But this is bitcoin, not a small unknown alt coin.

I'm not expecting that to happen, but that is my line on the sand. Below that would mean another 2011, a long bearish period and a deep to no one know where.

Could be followed by another 2013.  Smiley

If bitcoin breaches the support up trend line currently at about 180 usds (on logarithmic charts), I'd be very concerned.

$180?? No danger of that happening in the recent future.

I get exhausted reading these FUD threads about bitcoin dying... Cry
Its moronic and ill-informed - well done captain FUD, you are rallying against the only actual currency the world has ever had that belonged to the people. The only technology which represents freedom and will fundamentally change all the things we do with centralized establishments.. Because fuck logic right?  Undecided It is so much better to be right and rebel like a red headed step child than actually put your anger and fear aside for a brief moment to genuinely analyze what the hell you are doing. Huh

If you work for corporate bank and the IMF fuck you go away Angry, if you are just a miss informed individual who lets fear dictate the rebellious nature of his actions. I suggest you do more research into why so many intelligent people are saying this will win. Cheesy

A price fluctuation means absolutely nothing.. If bitcoin dropped to 100$ I would buy every single one available.. your point = moot.  Grin

To sub 300, i presume. Thoughts?

It is still holding up nicely at 500. The flash crashed that occur a few days ago most likely due to margin call on btc-e and bitfinex.

The quick rebound shown traders are willing to buy up all coin lower than 450. A sign of bullishness.

There is no plunge, it is normal fluctuation. Please ignore people spreading FUD so they can buy cheap.

$500 per coin that is backed by nothing but free market is by no mean cheap.

Not saying it won't go higher, but people should be aware of what they are buying.

could it be that the price is stable for now or it will go up like i read on forum jump is expected next month?

Sub $300 is an opportunity for all of us. The bottom can't be much further due to all the huge investors who believe in it as a concept.

If it get to $400 I'll stagger buy the whole way down as far as it goes.

I was shorting last night when out of nowhere the LTC price went from $4.3 to $5.2 and LTC/BTC from 0.0985 to 0.1020

Now I lot a few percent of my winnings and am butthurt a little Cry
I believe that the market wants to go up no matter what the TA says.

This is probably no more than a weekend dip.

I would advise against shorting for two reasons.
 - A lot of people are triggerhappy for the next bubble
 - For the greater good :>

I confess I misrepresented my position.

I just averaged out, end ended up with a figure. The figure makes it look 'easy' for me.

Purchase price should be what you are happy to pay, your sell price should be what you are happy to receive.

All the prices in between are just noise

To be clear I hAve X bitcoin, do I buy or sell?

Is this your website?
