Specifiably I'm trying to split one payment into percentages and send it to multiple people
I understand you need to pay bitcoins multiple people based on some criteria ?
I have done this before just with an excel sheet itself. I prepared excel macro as per the required format of Electrum wallet's "pay to" field. Then, I just signed and broadcast from Electrum by copy pasting.

Like i said, i don't know. Ad Campaigns make use of it with a bot to do it, yeah. Blockchain.info is buggy as hell though. Maybe check blocktrail.

Or blockexplorer.com, i use that frequently and it works fine.

Hi, Is it possible to get functionality similar to paypal adaptive payments with bitcoin? Specifiably I'm trying to split one payment into percentages and send it to multiple people, who would each have their own wallet.

It is possible, but i dont know a wallet with such automated function. You'd need to trust a 3rd party with software that would manage received transactions to a certain address and then generate multiple outputs.

Exchanges and services already do that, but i don't know if there's a non proprietary/open-source software that you could use.
Are you aware of any software that does this? It looks like it might be possible with the blockchain api.
