CampBX has a better API than everyone else in my opinion. Exchangebitcoins.com is also very popular.

Bitmarket does not accept Paypal anymore.

Bitmarket is not a "real" exchange. They act as intermediaries for matching orders, and as an escrow for BTC. You can't transfer other currencies to/from Bitmarket, the transfer get done outside of Bitmarket. There is significant lag with this system, something that's not good considering current market instability. There is also a significant risk of getting scammed (even if you don't use PayPal).

bitmarket.eu is the best -- accepts credit cards

It looks like they only accept credit cards through paypal and they don't recommend sellers do this.  Have you bought a lot of bitcoins this way?

Anybody know the major differences between the different Bitcoin Exchanges.

Here is what I can tell so far...

MtGox is the major one and and Tradehill is it's main competitor and there are now a dozen others.

MtGox and Tradehill are the only two I've seen with functioning APIs.

MtGox has had some major security issues that put it's security into question but I haven't really seen anything to show that any other exchanges are really that much more secure.

Any thoughts?
