In my opinion you cannot sell them to anyone , but you can try to promote cryptocurrencies at the indian market somehow..try something like articles which indians like to read and then when you have regularvisitors you can offer some kind of service.

I don't think they are worth anything to sell - I wouldn't even pay the fee to register them.
Your best bet would be to develop an Indian Exchange - but you'll need to know security upside down and inside out.
