Almost all notable exchanges trade in bitcoin coin. But it also depends on your nationality there are some countries that exchanges don't give users permission to trade but nevertheless I would say binance

See coinmarketcap.com and you will find out the exchanges and wallets offered for the coin/token you want to want to buy out. This will let you avoid getting scam on some users offering p2p transaction to get a lower transaction fee for in buying bitcoins. But, this is not really recommended for most users that offers it are scam.

I recommended trade in OkeX, because OkeX is easy to trade. You trade start with deposit coin or token which you want to trade. But, in exchanger you can exchange coin to token

To start trading you must choose the coin you want invest in it then choose the trading site who have a low amount of withdrawal so before you put your money in any trading site you must check it out before and i suggest you to visit the site of coingecko to find a trading platform

The safest place to trade bitcoin is of course crypto exchange. The price of bitcoin varies from one exchange to another, but different exchanges have different transaction fees and withdrawal limit, you should know about this information before deciding on which exchange to use.

In order to avoid the risk of unwanted occurrence, as well as the phenomenon of floor collapse, is common, you need to thoroughly understand information about the trading floor before the purchase of Bitcoin. There are several trading platforms in the world today: Bitfinex is one of the largest virtual currency platforms in the world today, accounting for up to 10% of the market. With this platform, users can withdraw money for free and only charge a market/taker.

Depends on what you are trying to achieve:
As a fiat gateway to exchange fiat money with crypto in the first place of if you want to invest into large cap cryptocurrencies only I'd recommend Kraken in terms of reputability, safety and fees.
If you are looking for crypto/crypto trading the choice largely depends on the availability of the specific cryptocurrencies and tokens you are interested in.

Hello. I am new here, and I am looking for a safe platform to trade coins. What do you recommend for me? Where and how can I start trading?
Choosing a platform depends on your country, the payment methods available to you, so do your research based on the above.
Safe platform = Trusted platform = KYC & AML = you must provide more documentation.

Cryptos trading is not easy, and experience plays a crucial role, so I suggest you read a lot about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and then start trading with a few currencies.

I recommend these books if you want to start correctly[1][2]

Good list
Coinbase - Good for Beginners.
Kraken - Worldwide Exchange.
CEX.io - Worldwide Exchange.
LocalBitcoins - Buy Bitcoin with Cash.

Hello. I am new here and I am looking for a safe platform to trade coins. What do you recommend for me? Where and how can I start trading?

It really depends on a lot of factors. Do you want a platform where you can keep your coins or a platform that delivers your coins into your wallet or both? I used coinbase but i was kinda disappointed by them. Recently i started using CryptoCoin PRO and I've got to say that they impressed me a lot. They have cheap prices, fast delivery and great support team and i recommend them. But whatever you decide to do just be safe and i would also recommend to get your coins in a offline wallet so you are not exposed to hackers and scammers, and trust me there are a lot of them. Just don't trust any dodgy sites and people. Good luck!

It depends which coin you're trading, a coin is not necessary available everywhere but the most reputable exchanges are Binance, Bittrex, HitBtc. It's possible that you might have to pass KYC verification in Bittrex.
