Im new here and i just want to ask a question..Does bitcoin exchange rate varies from time to time? If so, when is the best time to convert bitcoin into money? Is it necessary to just save all the bitcoin and trade or use it after several years?

Yes bitcoin price is volatile so it change from time to time. We cant answer exactly if when is the best time to convert bitcoin. Its up to you if you think that its the time to convert your money and risk it like HODLing the coin and wait for some profit

The price of Bitcoin is always in flux. The term “exchange rate” is typically used to compare the price of different fiat currencies. With Bitcoin, you see a price on exchanges or in the media which is actually the price of Bitcoin to fiat, usually US dollar. So the price is actually the exchange rate.

The value of Bitcoin is like a stock in that it fluctuates in price depending on supply and demand or negative or positive news. It’s open to the free market, so the price is basically what people are willing to pay for it.

Does bitcoin exchange rate varies from time to time?

Yes, and it's not just limited to the value that varies every second on just one exchange, it varies from exchange to exchange based on the trading. It's because of the nature of Bitcoins that it's not stable at a fixed rate and can be sold at any values (that we prefer).

If so, when is the best time to convert bitcoin into money?

It depends on your decision, because the best time according to me is when you really need fiat on hands.

No, you don't really need to. But I believe that holding gives great rewards than selling immediately.
Do you eat the seeds? No, right? You sow them, reap the fruits after waiting for some quality time to get the sweetness that you expect.

Exchange rate definitely changes by minute. Buy when it goes low and sell when it goes high. You can find tools (charts, graphs, etc) that tell you the right time when to buy and sell. You can also buy and hold. If you had 1 btc 6 months ago and kept it, the value would have tripled or quadrupled by now.

Nothing is neccessary.. if you notice price raised high why not cash out some part and fix the profit...

Well yes the Bitcoin exchange rate varies i.e. the Bitcoin price is basically the exchange rate with the dollar. The best time to convert your bitcoin into fiat is when the price is high. Right now is the best time to exchange your bitcoin to fiat. It is not necessary to save all the Bitcoin but it is better to save a portion of your earnings. Also everyone is a best manager for himself. No one knows about my issues and problems and so do I. So, when you feel that you are in need of fiat or you are not in a position of saving bitcoin; it's your choice to manage it.
