there are some exchanges out there for what you seem to be looking for:
1. kraken.com
2. bitstamp (yes it´s USD based trading, but you can withdraw at the corporate USD to EURO exchange rate (http://www.unicreditbank.si/tecajna_lista/?t=1&id_menu=&language=ENG) to any european sepa account.
3. hitbtc
4. anxbtc (if they have sorted out their sepa deposits and withdrawals again)
5. bitcurex (you already know).
apart from that you can also use bitcoin.de which is technically speaking a marketplace and not an exchange. (you are welcome to use my affiliate code: https://www.bitcoin.de/de/r/kbrt22 and make me filthy rich.)
concerning trust I would rate bitcoin.de, kraken and bitstamp at the top of what is available today.
edit:
concerning speed of withdrawals hitbtc and some buyers on bitcoin.de have been working very fast for me (<1 day).
with kraken, bitcurex, and bitstamp you should expect the money to arrive within 2-3 business days.
anxbtc I have not yet used for withdrawals.
