Bitpanda and Nexo (yes, it's sort of an exchange now) offer both those, depending on your account levels, but I would imagine there are certain thresholds when they'll start asking you to pay or to jump through additional hoops.

I'm probably a very average user, and I mainly do p2p, but for small and non-urgent amounts I sometimes use either to do SEPA/SWIFT, it's free of cost (with a small min limit) but again, I have never tried doing it frequently.

*definitely NOT a recommendation, merely an answer*

Bitstamp is one of the oldest exchanges, but I can't guarantee its reliability after seeing the trustpilot reviews.
I wouldn't put too much trust (to be more precise none) into Trustpilot reviews, both positive and negative as there are so many services that offer fake reviews there.

thinking about it now though, how do millionaires/Billioniers like Michael Saylor, Elon Musk, and the likes buy their many Bitcoins? through the exchange like the rest of us?
Nope, those big players don't use exchanges like majority of us and instead they do it via OTC.

Is there a reliable Bitcoin exchange with unlimited withdrawals via SWIFT bank transfer?
Grin OP is trying to bring down the price of Bitcoin or is this just for discussion and knowledge purposes? thinking about it now though, how do millionaires/Billioniers like Michael Saylor, Elon Musk, and the likes buy their many Bitcoins? through the exchange like the rest of us?

there is 2 mln $ daily withdrawal limit after standard KYC and 100 mln $ per transaction and unlimited per account per day on binance after compliting advanced KYC with "Source of Wealth Declaration". You wan't get any better than that if you are looking for reliable exchange - unilimited per day limited to 100 mln $ per transaction.

From all I have read thus far, I think this is the best option for OP in terms of what you are looking for, $100mil at the current price is about 5200+BTC  you have to dump to withdraw that kind of amount  Shocked

Since you're unlikely not getting an exchange that can perform this required swift withdrawal at a glance, why not make it within a couple of days, just an advise and only if that transaction you wanted to perform is not above the $2 million daily limit you can perform on exchange like Binance as mentioned except the thorough subjection to KYC and AML can give you access to perform such and which is also under a probability, but if I were you, I'd rather do it little by little than louding myself out to the public.

Note: KYC is mandatory to use Binance.

When dealing with fiat, you have to verify your identity regardless of the exchange platform and the amount you're trading.

How reliable is Bitstamp?

Bitstamp is one of the oldest exchanges, but I can't guarantee its reliability after seeing the trustpilot reviews. Maybe you have to go through KYC for unlimited withdrawals. Binance also supports SWIFT bank transfer withdrawals, just check if your country is not one of the excluded ones.
Note: KYC is mandatory to use Binance.

If you're planning on buying very large amounts, then OTC (Over-the-counter) platforms might be a way better solution than using traditional exchanges: Kraken's OTC, ItBit, etc.

I am not sure that you will find a reliable exchange that doesn't have any limits at all, but I do know that daily withdrawal limit on Binance for those that went through standard  KYC is $2 million. It can be increased further but for that you have to go through AML.

How reliable is Bitstamp?
Bistamp is pretty reliable exchange. Never tried it myself, but few of my friends are using it for years and I never heard them complaining about it.

The question of the OP is straightforward enough, he needs an answer on "an exchange with unlimited withdrawals via SWIFT bank transfer." I believe P2P is not the right answer because apart from the fact that it is not a Swift Bank transfer, how many of them engaging in it would be able to complete a transaction of $20M for example? So, the OP knows why we made it unlimited, but I don't think such exists as of today. I have even helped the OP to search the internet and also asked questions from the crypto guru I know to avoid mistakes, but to no avail.
