Using bitcoin as the main currency for an offshore company is a very good idea and it can really help in order to avoid any problems when tracking transactions ... The problem is that in some countries the use of bitcoin is strictly prohibited and therefore, recently many people choose Dubai as country for registering an offshore company. My father did the same. He used the services of one agent for the business formation in dubai and these guys really understand what and how to do in order to avoid further problems with the company.

What is the best way to sell BTC for USD (wire transfer to offshore company's bank account)?

I don't want to deal with much paperwork for opening the account.

offshore  ... makes me think an "offshore datacenter" jurisdiction after all "the data" must live somewhere
