You could try this[1] but from the look of it, people will need to have an account in BitFlyer If I understood correctly. I don't know why you necessarily want it to be a payment processor from Japan because you could simply use BTCPayServer (which is open source) and run your own node etc. and you won't have to deal with any third party.

After some help from some loyal members here.
I am trying to research all exchanges in Japan and in particular an exchange that will allow me to work with them to integrate the ability for payments to be accepted and paid out using bitcoins from my site and where they handle the transactions with an easy to use API. Currently in the none Japanese market we use cubits.com but this is not what we are looking at using in the market in Japan. We are after using a regulated exchange/wallet operator within Japan itself.
I will appreciate if you can respond here with suggestions of some Japan exchanges I should look at.
All links and places to look at will greatly be appreciated to allow me to compare a few different places.
